  I am a Superior Credit Union member and specifically use the branch on Ludlow Avenue in Cincinnati. The number one reason I use this branch is because of the Branch Manager and the Mortgage Loan Officer, Deirdra Perkins. I have worked with Deirdra on three loans and her continued committment and consistent investment in her client's success while navigating the loan process is extrordinary. I have never felt like there was a "dumb" question or that I couldn't have the same thing explained to me more than once. If it mattered to me it matter to Deirdra. Her knowledge in the industry is immense and an immeasureable asset when working with her. I would absolutely recommend Superior Credit Union and Deirdra Perkins! Melanie Fulton

  Shelly and Kathy were absolutely amazing! I applied for an auto loan and they were very open and transparent with the process. We showed up on a Saturday without an appointment (unaware we needed one), and Shelly still spent her whole morning helping us to get the paper work and accounts we needed. Friendly staff & 100% positive experience at the branch I visited.
