I've been banking with BBVA Compass Bank for several years and I love the Middleburg Branch. They go above and beyond to help me when I ask for their help and if they do not know the answer they always research it and get back to me. I never feel like I am just a number to them and they have always treated me well. Even though BBVA is a huge corporation you still get the good old hometown customer service when you come into this branch. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT! I feel like this sets them apart from other places I have banked with and that's why they have earned 5 STARS in my opinion.

Bank is sub-par at best. Lines are always long, tellers are slow. They get impatient with you as well.
