Jamie Girgis1I have been with VyStar for years with my personal banking and now I have a small business acct with them as well. I go into the branch every Friday morning to do my business banking which has worked well for years. The staff at the Middleburg branch are so nice, helpful & always pleasant. But now it takes me FOREVER to do a simple bank transaction due to the fact that corporate has changed it to where you now have to do everything at the teller line including loans, new cards, new accounts etc… so it holds up regular banking customers. Also, you now give all your information to the teller including your ss #, income info and other personal info all while standing a foot away from other people to easily hear all of that!! That’s not safe nor is it ok to have someone stand there for as long as it takes to get all that info & process a loan. What happened to going to a cubical where you can comfortably sit down & tell them your personal information without everyone else hearing all of it. Ridiculous!!! Oh & the tellers don’t get paid any more to do all of this. Shame on you VyStar.

Art Mullen1I don't like the way they do business, and use my money. Wells Fargo transferred a payment digitally to Vystar a week ago and it went through in seconds. I called 6 days later, and Vystar told me they never got the payment. They got caught when a Claims process was started with Wells Fargo. Vystar then said they would send the money(digitally) back to Wells Fargo, but it would take 3-5 days!! This was admitted after being on a conference call with Wells Fargo and Vystar for 2 hours and 23 minutes! Why would anybody do business with these people after reading this??

Mike Haun5Best bank or credit union I've ever had best customer service. They are so helpful, they answer any and all questions you have if you need anything, they are helpful and happy to do it. They're not complaining or giving me dirty looks Lakestone Bank if you have an account with Are there Banks I would suggest opening one with them? They are absolutely amazing in there ATMs in banks are everywhere.

Always smiling, ready to help as soon as you walk in the branch. One on one, I enjoy working with Mrs. Capotelli. Also, The branch manager, Ted Voss, is very personable. Love going to this branch!

Charles Williams5I have been a proud "Jax Navy" VyStar member for 46 yrs. I conduct most transactions at the original middleburg branch. i have also visited other branches in the north florida area. i have never failed to receive anything but the most superior service from the middleburg branch. when my wife passed away in 2019, Ted Doss and Sandra David were of immense help when I needed to rearrange several accounts. I believe Vystar is Great because the parking lot is always full. I consider the middleburg branch the flag ship branch of the Vystar fleet.

Cathy Baird5Everyone at the middleburg branch is five star. Always helping me with my financials. New cars, new motorcycles, personal loans, etc. Nikki is the best but all are 5 star ... ted , ashley , candac . Sandra . Gabe... Love them all.
