  When we purchased our home last year, we used this agency to find our homeowners insurance before we closed on the house. Being first-time home buyers, we had no clue what we needed for coverage. Rafaela is our agent, and she broke everything down for us and made it very easy to understand. I would 100% recommend this agency!

  This was my first time contacting Brightway Insurance at the recommendation of my realtor. I had the pleasure of speaking to an AMAZING rep named Lazaro. He was extremely helpful, professional and friendly! He was able to assist me with the right type of insurance at a very low price. Now this is customer service at it best!

  Unfortunately this company leaves the customers behind, they don't fulfill with what was committed and don't answer calls, emails, text messages and don't return the calls received by their office colleagues.

  Rafael, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We are currently short staffed and in the process of moving locations. Unfortunately, it is physically impossible to let every client know every time they have to make a payment. The carrier sends emails and mails letters to all clients when payment is due. You can also set up auto pay, which 90% of our customers do.

  We have now signed 2 separate homeowners insurance policies with Lazaro Toledo at Brightway Insurance, switching from our old insurance policies. Lazaro is professional, thorough, and very responsive. He finds us the best price for the value. It is a pleasure to work with him, and we will probably be throwing more business his way.   They’ve been amazing to work with! I have a unique family dynamic and Lazaro was patience and understanding every step of the way. My parents are older and he was able to break down all the information in a way that allowed me to explain things perfectly.   The Cowherd Agency is my go-to insurance agency for all of my clients needing homeowners insurance. Laz shops hard to get the best rates and is extremely responsive in getting the quotes back asap. He is extraordinarily helpful when we have to make last minute changes and is generous with his time.
