  Jason was great! I purchased an item via his store online and he was timely and responsive in answering my questions before the auction ended. I also met with him in the store the day after the sale and the goods were as shown online. I would definitely do business with Best Deal again.

  Went in today to take a look around and window shop the guys in the store talked to me, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.

  Went in to buy an xbox one x which they were selling for $170 before tax... as I was in line some lady came in with her two kids and knocked each and every xbox and playstation console off the shelves on to the floor by accident and instead of looking them over to make sure none of them were broken they proceeded to ask me if I was interested in buying one because I was waiting behind them to look at the consoles. . . They sell broken stuff without even checking it and want to give you $2 for high priced items . I took a pure leather harley Davidson's motorcycle jacket in there and I spent well over $400 and they offered me $5 horrible and rude customer service never will I ever shop here again not even for guns .

  I have been visiting and buying merchandise from this shop for years and I have always been totally satisfied with all of my transactions. The owner goes out of his way to be fair and respectful to all of the visitors I have seen come through the store on my numerous visits. I will continue to do business and maintain a friendship with the owner of one of the best pawn shops I have visited not only in this state but all over the USA.

  I use these guys to take care of all of my online gun ordering as an FFL transfer. They are a pleasure to deal with. After reading some of the other reviews I must tell you they should be disregarded because the owner goes out of his way to give excellent customer service. I will continue to do business with them and welcome my friends to do the same.

  I really wanted my experience with these guys to be good. I regret that it hasn't been good. I am writing this out of sheer frustration because it has been virtually impossible to get in contact with this business any other way. I have been trying to use these folks as an FFL Transfer agent, as recommended by an online seller. There was nobody there to receive the package when USPS attempted delivery. After calling all morning (nobody answered the phone and the voice mail box is perpetually full), I finally got ahold of an employee. The employee was courteous, respectful and apologetic. He promised he would take care of the problem "in the next 5 minutes" and I could come by and probably pick up the package on Saturday. It's Saturday. Nobody's at the business. Website says closed Monday for Memorial Day but open today (Saturday) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In fact, right now, the website says it is "open". No sign on the door indicating anything like "closed for the holiday weekend" or "closed due to family emergency". Nothing. Nada. Waited until 11:15 a.m. and nobody ever showed up. Folks may want to think twice before relying on this business for an FFL transfer. I won't use them again. I'm sure they're very good and nice people and life happens - I get it - but when you're an FFL, I think you have to have a better game than this.

  Been in this pawn shop twice to sell jewelry. Customer service was patient, thorough and honest. Gave me a good offer for my items. I’d personally recommend giving this establishment a try. Haven’t yet been disappointed in the least.

  I called and asked if he would take a television I had (flat screen, lcd). Said he would give me SOMETHING for it. I show up an hour and half later. Ring the bell and knock on the door. No response. I literally used the rest of the gas i had to go up there and he was missing in action! I didn't want to believe the reviews I read about poor customer service after speaking with him however after my experience I realize that they are true

  Sorry we weren't here when you came by. I had a family had a family emergency with my mother at the assisted living facility where she lives and had to close the store early. I hope that you were able to get your television pawned or sold someplace else and that they gave you the money you needed. Sorry again for your inconvenience.

  Minimal selection. Was the only customer in the store and practically had to interrupt the owner as he talked smack about someone to a friend (over some gun show bs). Asked about whether he had a small frame .38 and he just corrects me by saying I am looking at his .32 shelf. Generally useless.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent visit to our store. I do remember your visit and I am sorry to learn that your were so dissatisfied with our service and selection or rather the lack there of. First I would like to say that we want everyone who takes time out of their day to stop by Best Deal Gun and Pawn to have a pleasant experience and I am truly sorry that you did not. When you visited there was infact two other people in the store and while it may have appeared as though I was talking smack to a friend about something at the gun show what was actually going on was a little different. The two other people were friends but they were also very good regular customers that became friends as a result of being customers first. You overheard two minutes, the total time you were in the store, of what was a thirty plus minute conversation. I am certain that it sounded to you like the conversation was total BS but to myself and more importantly the other customers in the store it was not. Never the less after reviewing our video footage I agree completely that I could have and should have been more attentive during your visit. Regarding the selection of firearms that was available during your visit, unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot I can do about that. We are constantly getting firearms in and selling them. Normally we have a better selection but at times we've had even less. We try and purchase every firearm that walks through the door that is for sale. Usually we're successful but not always. That leaves firearms that are pawned and not redeemed or the purchase of new firearms through distribution. The only one of those that we can control is the purchase of new firearms and we simply do not have the resources to bring in enough new firearms to make a real difference. I do remember you pointing at a small frame revolver and asking if it was a .38. I remember saying that it was a .32 and that all the revolvers on that shelf were .32 caliber. If I was in any way rude or disrespectful to you, that was absolutely not my intention. I am reminded of something my father once said to me. “What sounds like a reason to you, sounds a whole lot like an excuse to me”. So with that I will say again, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction and my failure to satisfy you during your visit. I will do my very best to learn from your criticism and I thank you for it. Andy
