  Went through this particular location today through the drive through to make a deposit in our business checking and on the deposit slip made a transfer of $2585 to our personal checking. Did not realize until later that the money was transferred to a completely different persons account. Called multiple times to this location and could not get through. Called the customer service number and the person on the line informed me that they could not make the transfer and that this particular branch would have to address the issue so now we’ll be cutting into tomorrow’s work schedule to make a visit to this branch to get this sorted out

  Omgoodness these people are so rude and uncaring! Went there yesterday. 5 people on teller line. I was being assisted. 4 other people came and stood in line over 5 minutes before they were called to line. Tellers just talked to each other like nobody there. They were completely disinterested in helping me or anyone else. I'm going to 121 next door. Way friendlier over there!

  Just sat inside waiting to open a new account first time customer waited for over an hour as people who were coming in after me we’re getting helped before absolutely ridiculous

  I came to refinance my motorcycle. I started on the phone but had to come into a branch to sign paperwork. I walked in and within a few short minutes was sitting with a customer service representative, Holly Lambert. She was amazing. She went above and beyond, even offered other services and let me know about future plans. I will continue to come back to THIS branch.
