  This bank is rude and very non caring of there customers! They took a deposit from me then told me my account was closed and that I could not get my money back! I will be reporting them to the FDIC! As these are unethical business practices! They kept me waiting for an hour and I had to go home and get my terminal I’ll husband upto go back to the bank to start to get our money out of there! Carol in praticular needs to lose her job because she lied to me! I hope your bank will be sanctioned! I will pull very string I have to make sure this happens! Since December My husband and I had deposited over $300,000 in your bank! Chump change I’m sure!

  Alex is super helpful. The teller line is always helpful and welcoming. I worked in banking for 20 years and found that people who complain are often those we were unable to assist through no fault of our own. Thanks for your service during these difficult times.

  I have been a customer at this branch going back to when it was Cypress Coquina. Back then it was different owners. Very friendly. Every time it turned over to a new bank, the only constant was Janice. The new staff at the new banks never took the time to know the cliental. No one never knew who I was, when I would come in, except Janice. Now when you come into this branch everyone takes the time to know you. The staff and management at this location as of today are wonderful people. from Janice who is a remarkable person, floor staff Alex and Mike very friendly. I attribute this change to the new Branch Manager Valarie, and the new Head teller. the new Branch manager is very knowledgeable and is going out of her way to learn things about the transportation industry. She is truly an asset to this bank. I think her being so personable and knowledgeable is what makes the staff there strive to be better than the rest! Kudos to all of them for doing a great job!

  This is the worst bank I have ever tried to do banking with. I have had an account with PNC for 15 years and this is the only location that treats the customers like dirt. They act like they are above the customer and will not even give additional info for savings or checking account. If you make a deposit they snarl their nose up and ask 15 questions even when the check you are depositing is on the pnc bank! There is one teller that stand around does nothing and the customers are waiting. They are laughing and telling gossip about the people in the community I heard them talking about a lady in the community and her hair dresser. I try to avoid even going to the ATM machine at this location because its our money from the customers that gives her a job. Does she not understand this.???????? And they talk about the customers as they walk out of the bank and discuss their opinions about the person. I have never seen this before. A district manager needs to go in there and transfer all of them to different locations and re-train them if they want them to keep their job.

  My wife and I moved to Palm Coast last year and moved our pnc checking account from New Jersey to this branch. Michael was very help with setting up a checking and savings account and introduced us to Jim in mortgage loans. We walk out within 1 hour with a pre approval letter and went house shopping! These people are the best!

  I heard how good of a bank they are when I lived in Pennsylvania for a few years. When they came here, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than I would like it to be in some drive thru branches but overall, I have banked with them for 3yrs, no issues.
