  I bought a ring for my girlfriend and myself. My girlfriend didn't like hers so we went to return it. The said they don't do returns. I could either get an in store credit or get HALF what I paid. I chose half and they lost my business. Never heard of a no return policy for something you just purchased.

  Shane, Brook and Uncle Sam are good to go. Shane helped out this USMC Veteran with some of my watches that needed servicing. His attention to detail is second to none. It was great talking with Uncle Sam (a fellow Veteran) while my watches were getting serviced. They are all nice and friendly and the price was right for the service completed on my watches. No Complaints and Outstanding Service. I will be going back again.

  beware these people like to rip you off and sale your stuff or damage your items like my MacBook pro which hard water damage and if you have layaway they sell it right under you before it time to pick it up. go to Daytona or St. Aug they have better people who are not stuck up or little kids running the shop bad business really I'm a 69 year old VA I don't need to be treated like this I fought hard for my country . This pawn shop is BS

  I called them ten minutes before they were supposed to close and asked if there was anyway they could stay open for a couple extra minutes, as it was my anniversary, and I really wanted to get my wife something nice. They not only stayed open for me, but I received excellent customer service, and found a beautiful bracelet for my wife at a reasonable price that, most importantly, she loves. They went above and beyond in staying open for me, and I will recommend them to anyone I know in the future.

  I just want to take the time and say a huge Thank You to Shane. He helped my Husband out and made a BEAUTIFUL RING and surprised me with it Today on our 20 year Anniversary! Did an AWSOME job Shane. He also resized it for me and took no time at all. Again thank you for all your help making something so special.

  I had a great experience with this establishment. They have a great selection of fine jewelry and other very interesting items at a reasonable price. The customer service was astounding and they took the correct amount of time helping me find the piece of jewelry that really fit my needs, while the store was very busy. That is what really made my experience great.

  Funny how I used to like this place.... However that has changed considering how rude the girl behind the counter is. She is not friendly and has no interest in building any kind of relationship with local customers. The gentleman that work there are much more willing to negotiate and are not rude. Was there this morning and was offered a 35$ for two items a 32inch flat screen TV and a wireless Xbox one controller brand new in box. I was asking to borrow 50$ again she was unbelievably rude about it. So I took my business to Leah's on Old Kings Rd and they were awesome nice friendly and gave me a 60$ loan on my two items. I will definitely be going back to Leah's. I'll pass on ever going back to Palm coast pawn and jewelery.
