  I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received from Michael for our refinance. I have had bad experiences before when refinancing but this was a totally different experience.   Do you need to buy a house? Look no further. Call Michael now!! Let me tell you about my first home buying experience. I contacted Michael about my dream of becoming a home owner. First thing, let’s check the credit and my financial situation. Credit is good but we can always do better. Michael sets me up for success by telling me the exact balance to have on my credit cards with the goal of improving my credit score 20-30 points before closing. This will improve my interest rate, thus saving me money for years to come. Approximately 30 years to come. By the way, this is free. Yes FREE. Okay we have a game plan, I’m pre-approved and looking for my house. This journey has just begun, buckle up readers. I find the house I want and we are negotiating a price, this goes back and forth for about a week. It’s Sunday- we decided we are going to accept a counter-offer on Monday morning. The next day we get a notification, there was multiple offers placed that Monday morning, put your best offer in. Oh no!! I really want this house. I need an updated pre-approval because I want to offer a higher bid. Michael has is done, emailed, instantaneously. Offer was ACCEPTED. Now is the process of never ending paperwork. But never fear, Micheal Cancio is here. Questions throughout my process answered promptly via text, email, and phone call. He updated my credit 3 times through the process and got my credit up about 20 points in a month. TWENTY POINTS. This got my interest rate down. It went down almost an entire percent!! Okay it’s Monday, three days before I close on my first ever home. Sleepless nights are normal, can’t stop planning and adding things to my online shopping cart. I get a phone call. Seems I’m on my parents deed at their house and this has altered my debt to income, I’m NOT APPROVED anymore. AHHH!! Micheal calls me up, don’t worry Paul. I have a friend at Blue Ocean Title. We can do a quit deed claim and get that recorded and be back on track. Michael gets me in the next morning and I even got a discount! Why? Because Michael is your guy. Today is Friday. Tonight I’m sleeping in my house for the first time. I will continue to use Michael for credit advice and a huge thank you for your professionalism.
