      Greeted by John and continued to go well particularly with Grace Ramos who opened my accounts. The building makes it a bank but the staff makes it a branch. Grace explained all my options in detail and what the best products for my funds would be.       My parents had accounts with this branch for years. They both died in 2011 and I am just now trying to find the contents of the box. They told me my parents never had a box there. I have been to bank with my parents to put documents inside the box. My name was even placed on the box for entry. Now I have to report them to the FDIC.

      Deposited a money order 2k, was told funds would be available at midnight, it wasn’t , seen on the boa app 9am available, it wasn’t . Went in and they told me I couldn’t even cash this at Walmart - I checked- I could have. My car is broke and I needed money yesterday. I plan on closing account after this . Disgusted .. nothing but problems

      great bank been with them for years but if you ever call them for something quick it takes them almost an hour to answer every time! I mean EVERY TIME! and whilst waiting they make they robot repeat the whole speech every minute! they make you wanna gauge your ears out.

      Possibly one of the worst banks I have ever been. Poor customer service and long wait times. Staff always seems like they do not care and have no sense of urgency.

      The bank have a good customer service but when the line is getting long Manger need to do something. No one is paying attention to this. I been there many time and it still the same.

      Worst bank ever! These people do not know the meaning of customer service. My parents and I have banked with Bank of America for many years. My dad passed away and my mother has Alzheimer's and now lives with me in Seattle. When I moved her account to the Seattle branch I had to show them the original power of attorney and the death certificate for my dad to transfer the accounts. I flew down to Palm Coast to remove my mothers belongings from her safety deposit box. Even though their legal department has already approved the power of attorney they said they had to see the original again. I had it sent from Seattle which took a few days and brought it to the bank. Then they wanted to see the original death certificate. Would have been nice if they asked for that before. Now I have to stay in palm coast until that arrives. Since my mother can't remember what she did with the key the bank said they have to drill the box. I asked if they could schedule that the day the death certificate arrives so I don't have to wait another day in palm coast because the hotel bill is getting expensive and I'm missing work. They said no problem. The day fed ex was supposed to deliver the package I stopped by the bank to get the appointment to access the box. Now they tell me it will take 48 hours after they see the death certificate to set up the appointment. Unbelievable!!! Now it will cost me another 2 days at the hotel and 2 days lost wages. My mother had a box at Sun Trust Bank also. They knew my situation, were very accommodating and opened the box a week ago without charge. Bank of America wants $150 to open the box. My family will take our business elsewhere and If you want decent service I advise everyone else to do the same.

      I have been a Bank of America member for many many years. This location lacks in the customer service department. Not very organized. Please, please, please update your website on the type of services offered. Either take them off the list or state restrictions apply, on select days only. Rather than be rude and say, "I'm too busy to help you today but if you come on Monday or Tuesday I might be able to help you if I have time". WOW! I was speechless! The absolute worst Bank of America location I have come across in over 20 years. My time is also valuable. I would of been ok with "unfortunately we don't have notary services today". Ugh!

      If no one answers local branch phone, the automated system hangs up. General questions are not answered over the telephone; one has to make an appointment to have a simple question answered. One has to be very careful that mortgage department maintains accurate records. When they make an error it can take months for it to be straightened out. This bank is not customer friendly. It should never have been bailed out by the federal government.
