They'll "courtesy call" you at least once a month if you have an account. But if you walk in for service, 40 min b4 close, you better have an appt. Better experience ALWAYS with M&T. They wouldn't give me a loan for an older car 2 years ago, but M&T did. The " virtual wallet" account they sold with 50 dollar bonus 3 years ago is basically worthless for functionality. PNC is a regional banking also ran.

This branch is a circus!!! Very unprofessional tellers and the Branch banker, George, was terrible. Go to the Whitemarsh branch instead! There were three tellers and no one knew anything about a cashiers check. A simple transaction took 30 minutes and it still was not completed properly. Awful customer service.

Excellent customer service. They handle both my personal and business account. I have never had a question or concern that they didn't take time to fully answer my question or assist with my problem. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Terrible customer service even at the AVP Manager level. Spent 1.35 hours sitting in front of the Manager who was on the phone to the main office. Was told repeatedly they could not help with getting a copy of an equity line statement which they neglected to generate and mail to me because there was a zero balance. When requested that they put in writing why I could not have a copy of the past two month's statments, the request was refused, they would put nothing in writing. Gave me an 800 number to call to get a verbal only statement saying there is a zero balance for the past two months. AVP Manager stated it was not his problem and he was not going to lose his job by putting anything in writing. Think the BBB will get a communication about their business practices. Best to stay away from this bank.

Today I experienced being profiled at this branch. I usually bank with the whitemarsh branch where its more professional. I went to withdrawal funds from my account that were available and was told because I deposited the check the day before they needed to verify. When she asked me if i made the deposit the day before i said yes but wanted to know why she asked that since this has never happeneded before. The funds were AVAILABLE and I had access to them !! The teller Renee loudly asked another employee and i quote “YOU HAVE THE NUMBER TO LOSS PREVENTION” . I have never felt like a criminal in my life until today. If there was a problem with the check there would have been a hold on the check, I was a teller for 5 years im very aware of how this works. Also, if there was an issue she could have handled it better rather than being so loud that now customers in the bank are looking at me side ways as she ask me to have a seat while she verify a check that was already cleared in my account. I have never had a problem with PNC until today and being profiled and embarrassed makes me consider banking elsewhere. Unacceptable!

Terrible customer service. No one ever returns your call in upper management ....just to answer a simple question. Their ATM service is a joke. I am never able to deposit cash in the machine. It is either unable to accept cash or out of service. Be wary of this financial institution and take your business elsewhere. If they can't even answer a simple question, how well are they handling my money?

The worst costumer services EVER!! These people are so rude that the children in my car even asked why they are so rude here. On a Friday night when they are busy they roll their eyes and let you know they would rather be anywhere but here at the bank helping the customers! Every other branch hears negative things about the Parkville branch! It’s shameful and they should be ashamed of how they treat people! Literally gave me my rent withdraw in the smallest bills possible!! What a joke

The last 3 times I’ve gone to this bank it’s been a waste of my time. On 2 separate occasions the ATMs were not accepting cash deposits. I didn’t go to this location again for about a month until a couple days ago, when the drive thru ATM wasn’t even letting me put my card in and the walk up ATM wasn’t operating. This is the only branch I’ve ever had a consistent problem with.

Lot of bad reviews here but I liked them. Set up an account there in just 30 min....where as Bank of America, I was waiting in line 40 minutes just to get to the thing I needed to do

My mom went to get money out of your bank ATM and it gave us a fake 20 dollar bill no machine would take it and when I asked a cashier I was told it was a fake that has to be the worst thing to happen to my mom and so unreal that y'all would allow anything fake to be in an ATM machine
