  I walked into this process completely green and had very little knowledge of what would be required of me to obtain a mortgage at a good rate. Joseph and his entire team were very professional, thorough and patient when delivering information. I unfortunately decided to purchase a home in one of the most hectic housing markets we have ever experienced. There were many many disappointments and was downright depressing at some points. Joseph would randomly send me emails of encouragement through-out my journey and those short notes helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel - a home. Fast forward, one of my offers was finally accepted! YAY! The only caveat we needed to go to settlement almost immediately! Oh and my realtor just happened to be going on vacation to Costa Rica just as my offer was accepted. Joseph and his team were on it and got me to the table on time! I couldn't ask for anything more. I recommended Joseph to one of my co-workers already and will continue to steer co-workers, friends and family his way!

There was several instances where she went the extra mile to save me money by calling the title company. I know there was a lot of work behind the scenes she did to ensure a clean close and I am very appreciative. I would love to recommend Lisa Young as a mortgage officer.

  We loved working with Lisa! She’s very knowledgeable, professional and always friendly! She walked me and my husband through every step of the mortgage process. Being first time home buyers can be a stressful endeavor along with a pandemic it seemed like an uphill challenge. But Lisa was w/ us every step of the way and she went the extra mile to make our American dream of homeownership possible! We couldn’t have asked for a better Loan Officer!   First off I would love to share that I have no complaints! Evey step of the way all the staff I delt with was amazing. joe Coleman was my loan officer. I could never day a bad word about him. He knows his job and did it well. I closed on my house last November, Mindy Munk is still going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

  Working with Mindy Munk at MI Mutual was a great experience! She came highly recommend from a friend and our realtor. From day one Mindy was there to answer any question we had in a timely manner. Being first time home buyers we had plenty of questions for her. Mindy even told my wife if we had questions she was up as late at 1 am to answer them. Her professionalism, knowledge, experience and personalized service made her a great choice that we would recommend to anyone looking to get a mortgage. We also shopped around and Mindy got us in on some programs we did not realize existed. Her rates were competitive with other big lenders and she got us in at the payment range we were comfortable making. Overall I would give her a 10/10 in all categories one would look at in shopping for a mortgage. We would use her again in the purchase of a future home. If you are looking for someone who will take time to explain the process, answer your questions and give you tons of information to compare then give Mindy a call!!!!

  I recently had a closing on a Property in PA, Mindy was the loan officer that took me through the process and make everything seems easy. She took the time to explain in bullets points any question about the loan and lock into an unheard low rate.   Lisa was fantastic throughout our first home-buying experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to clearly relay the information to us, unlike others. She repeatedly found way to save us money and was always ready and willing to give us advice on any questions we had.
