  From beginning to end, my loan experiences, both personal and auto were as easy as it gets!! My loan representative, Allison M. was so sweet, patient, kind and so efficient! I've been a Destinations Credit Union member for many years and not once has my family (also members) or myself had less than an excellent experience. Even with the holiday rush, Allison was able to process my loans so quickly and effortlessly on my part. We will be lifelong members!!

  Greetings Destinations, Recently I visited Destinations for the purchase of a loan and wanted to send a heartfelt thank you of acknowledgement to Ms. Allison Moore and Mrs. Melissa York. You see I remember these young ladies from their beginnings at Destinations servicing the front entrance with warm beautiful smiles, patience and always eager to assist their Destinations family in any way. From that time they've become leaders, stepped into other financial positions and became entrepreneurs of this institution. These ladies are definitely an asset in financing and guarantee they'll continue to do wonderful work wherever they're needed.   I have been with Destinations Credit Union for probably 7-8 years now and they are always so helpful and efficient. Yesterday I got my 2nd car loan from them and they took care of everything so quickly which made what can be a stressful situation work out seamlessly . I highly recommend them for all your banking needs. I’ll be with them for life !!!

  I have worked twice with Destinations on refinancing my vehicles. Each time is was fast, easy and efficient. Robin was awesome to work with each time. She was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done in record time. I highly recommend Destinations Credit Union.

  This time last week my old car was towed to A.D. Anderson service center where the engine was pronounced destroyed. After experiencing a brief period of mourning I and my wife began a prayerful search online for our next car. Almost immediately that attractive gray Honda Accord appeared and after confirming necessary features I knew in my heart this was the car for us. I contacted Destinations CU to begin the financing process. Mr. James processed my application over the phone and after my sending the needed documents to ascertain my income I continued the process guided by Allison Moore. Despite experiencing trouble In having the purchase order forwarded from Carmax I then took matters into my hands my delivering the documents I received from Carmax to Ms. Moore, in person. She greeted me so warmly I knew that all would be well and after she ordered the closing papers for my financing minutes later the pay off check was in my hands. This was the first time in about nineteen years I have used the financing services of Destinations CU. They are a classy, and thoroughly professional team. And above all that I enjoyed Ms. Moore’s friendly and open heart so much I felt welcome to share with her a copy of one of my recent articles entitled, “Inner space versus outer space.” I knew she would be able to receive and appreciate its message. My original axiom applies to my experience at Destinations CU “Music expresses wordless odyssey’s”. I seems to be a rare occurrence nowadays to enjoy a business transaction to the extent I have with your company.   Not only did DCU save me over 3% on my auto loan, they went over and beyond in every aspect if the process. Everyone, from the customer service, loan and underwriting departments were so helpful and professional, especially Allison Moore. The light speed at which my loan was approved was incredible. All in all, Destinations Credit Union succeeds where other institutions fail: they CARE about each and every member!! Thank you DCU!!

  I don't use this bank they can't keep doors open . can't keep help so that there says it .they can't to take care of customers with doors closed .drive thru lines are extremely long because of this handling inside business in drive thru.SO STAY AWAY.......

  I am financing my 4th vehicle with Destinations Credit Union. I’ve had nothing but good experiences!! My most recent experience was top notch thanks to Allison Moore and the loan department. Thanks again for being professional and demonstrating what excellent customer service is all about. The Icing on the cake is that the rates are unbeatable!!!!!!❤️❤️
