  Johnny was awesome! He was very patient and professional and made my experience very smooth and easy.   John D was a outstanding to work with. John provided excellent customer service. No pressure. Went thru features of Atlas and helped us learn how to utilize them. Took Atlas back for check up and side rail installation. All folks in shop were excellent. Would return to purchase another vehicle from Heritage.

  My normal experiences at this dealer have been good. This las experience was so poor that I am not sure I can go back. Lack of attention, blatant dismissal of me (“nah you deal with him” one rep said to the other when I cam in for a recall repair), trying to oversell me additional repairs on unnecessary things when I came in for an unrelated issue), lack of an effort to improve the situation when I said I wasn’t happy about the service, and then they tried to avoid me reporting my displeasure when I asked them to send me a survey (still haven’t gotten an official survey). My only positive experience came at the very end when a service agent different from the first two helped me.

  I had great service from John DeMartino. I told him exactly what I wanted, then waited a month, I was not hassled at all and when I was ready I called him and told him to start the paper work. He completed the transaction quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a new car! I am very happy with my purchase and service, so is my mother whom also bought a car from John the same week.

  Came in to trade in a leased car and we were blown away with the customer service! From start to finish Gabe, Spencer, and Doug all took such great care of us and helped us get into the car we needed for our little growing family.   All I can say with all caps is " THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD". We were greeted immediately upon arrival to your organization and it only got better from there. From the first person to the last, every staff member had a loving and welcoming personality. I called into the dealership and spoke with Kristin Blair-Parker and explained both my girlfriend's and my financial situation was not the best. She took our info and told me she would call me back in a few. No more than 20 minutes went by and the deal was pretty much done. Our Certified Sales Consultant Melissa Cole was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made both me and my girlfriend very comfortable. Gabe the sales manager also went above and beyond to get this deal done. Overall this was a great experience for the both of us and I expect that this will be the beginning of a long and lasting relationship!!

  Wanted to revise my previous 5-star review of Heritage to mention the incredible service I received this summer. I had an issue with a VW replacement part. The whole situation had given me a lot of grief at my mechanic, and at other Heritage locations. I took my care to Parkville, and I was stunned at the amazing service. They really went above and beyond to make it right. I will absolutely return to this location for service in the future. They are trustworthy and they do the right thing! Thank you!
