      Update 2. Kirstin with PNC executive client services has helped me fully resolve my issue with Excellent customer support! I sincerely appreciate Kirstin being true to her word and following up with me first thing this morning. After thoroughly reviewing the Zelle website, I can attest that there are many contradictory statements pertaining to the terms of usage FAQ's. Also, what is the definition of friend? Do online friends count? In addition, "Trust" is an individual perception differing for individuals. I trust any and everyone, until that individual's actions show that they are not trustworthy. Update. Pnc executive client services has reached out to me and Kirsten was very professional and understanding of my concerns. She also provided education on my topic, which I appreciate. I have been told that my problem should have resolution in the next 24 hours. I have changed the star rating from 1 to 3, in good faith and for the follow up call from Kirsten. The customer service at this branch is excellent. However, the PNC corporate customer service is worst in industry. Representatives are telling me 1 thing and the opposite happens. They are NOT TRUE to their word. Management uninterested in helping. This bank is working for profit over people.

      Closest branch to me, but opens after I have to be at work (8am) and closes as I get out (5pm). No Saturday hours either. Why? Most inconsiderate branch to the working folks that i've dealt with while banking with PNC. Your experience may differ from mine, and that's great, but to those who share my experience... shame on this location.

      I have used this bank for MANY years (coming from BOA). The difference is unbelievable. They literally know me here, are SO helpful and I always leave with exactly what I needed done. Not only that, but this bank set up accounts for my teen boys and have helped them not only have accounts but learn how to manage them. When they bring in deposits, this branch congratulates them and encourages them. You'll never get that at BOA. And lastly, my job is Client Experience, so I'm a tough critic. Yes, things are different since Covid. But go inside anytime. They will sit down and help you with anything you need. It just looks different than the old fashioned bank. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

      Terrible experience with PNC. Deposited checks to this ATM and the ATM ate one of my checks with out depositing the funds to my account. On top of the that, the ATM rejected my other checks because they had expired. Rejecting my checks cost an extra $12 fee per check for servicing. Called to straighten out the issue, and the manager blamed me for not noticing the expiration date. Really disappointed in their lack of effort to help a customer. Taking my business else where! Avoid this bank.

      When I opened my account 3 years ago with PNC, I was so refreshed to have great customer service in the bank as well as over the phone and online. I enjoyed being a customer so much so that I referred 4 other family members to switching over to PNC. Unfortunately, with the new management of this Woodstock location there have been many instances of miscommunication and many times that the current manager has failed to contact me after a customer service representative stated he would give me a call back . After three failed attempts of not hearing back from the manager , I set up an appointment to speak with him in person. Arriving to my appointment, the manager was already in office with another client , I waited 15 minutes to then be shuffled off to another customer service representative instead of the manager I set up the appointment with. The one aspect of my issue that I came into the bank for could only be solved by a manager , and yet he still did not resolve the issue . I was told that if he did not solve the issue by the end of today that he would solve it when he returns from Vacation on June 3rd . This has stretched out a simple situation that could have been handled within 30 minutes to now not being resolved with month of correspondence. Very unprofessional.

      I absolutely love this branch!!! Pnc is an AMAZING bank, but this branch alone definitely stands out! I've been with PNC for about 7 years, and I've never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone who works at this branch is always so nice, helpful and caring. They literally bend over backwards to accommodate for their customers! I wish I would have caught his name, but I had racked up a rather hefty bill of overdraft fees, and he waived them for me! Thank you so so much for literally saving my day! I'm in between jobs and waiting on my first paycheck, so funds are scarce, but thanks to you, my entire day got turned around!

      PNC Bank is the WORST I've ever dealt with. My husband died a year ago, I drove 3 hours to het to nearest branch, provided them with all the paperwork they asked for and I still don't have the money distributed from his savings or checking accounts. I call customer service and they tell me the department I need to talk to doesn't have a phone number. I call a branch and am put on hold with just silence, when they finally answer the branch manager is gone for the day before 1pm & the other manager is at lunch. I will never use & will never recommend PNC Bank to anyone. HORRIBLE customer service. At this point I feel like they're holding my husband's money hostage and I need to get it to his children for their college tuition.

      The service has been so slow since they got rid of the tellers and moved to forcing customers to sit down and hang out. Its really made me despise visiting the bank anymore. Gone are the days of convenience. Don't expect to make a quick in and out trip for a transaction. Budget about 20-30 minutes while you sit down and do small talk while trying to make a deposit or withdrawal if you choose to do it in person. I don't know whose idea it was to make the change but it sucks. Used to be a 5 star for me, now 3. I dread going here.

      Well for starters I had an account there many years ago, I was purchasing a 4 wheeler and simply wanted to deduct 4 thousand dollars and purchase my atv.... I was asked a million questions about why I needed that much cash!!!! I simply deducted all of my money at that point and never looked back. That is untill today.... I received a small 25.00 check and was on my way home so I decided to shop,in and cash it. They charged me 12.00 on a 25.00 check. I truly do not see how this place is still even around. Maybe you should go back to whatever small northern town you are from. We have plenty of rip off artists in Georgia already Sincerly, A guy who will tell everyone he knows to never do business with this company again.
