  Nick and his team came to us as a recommendation from a co-worker. We reached out and within an hour he was in contact with us and getting us an idea of what we could expect if we moved forward with him. He was very competitive with rates, extremely responsive and went the extra mile to offer some advice that got us an even better rate than his first estimate. He also worked his magic and was very transparent about his ability to move up our closing a few days so we could close on our current home and the new one on the same day - he ended up getting that accomplished which was a life saver!
