Awful experience. Came here first thing hand in the morning. There were only three people and helped those, but me. The Mexican lady working there was rude and unprofessional on her job. She told me, I had to call Bank of America support line to resolve an issue I had with my card and that their systems don’t support it. Therefore, she couldn’t help me or either had the courtesy’s to sit me down and discuss. Gladly, I got helped by another associate.

This place is completely unprofessional. My mother and myself were discriminated for no reason. Everyone was very rude and did not help at all. Not only did I leave crying left extremely upset that I was discriminated for my race. Shame on this bank and shame on the employees

I came in yesterday to open up an account because my old bank was giving me a hard time. YK helped me and was so kind!! It was a quick process and she engaged with me the whole time, I left feeling a lot better about my situation. Also I didn’t catch the front desk ladies name but she was very sweet as well!

      Response from the owner

Hi Kendra, thanks for letting us know how helpful YK was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^sam

Horrible customer service. Came in to do a withdrawl, never once needed to have been asked for proof of identity , and i've come in MULTIPLE times to withdrawl large amounts from MY personal account yet was discriminated by the teller who's name is Blame. He handled my transaction with immense amount of attitude after i confirmed my identity to proceed and asked for me to leave. Absolutely absurd that this is the service receieved by this bank and location. Sad that even their tellers don't know how to handle their customers with respect regardless of their skin color or ethnicity. Don't come into this bank and don't receive any help from this coward.

I went in to the bank super frustrated with a claim that I had made months ago. With the bank giving me the money and then taking it back leaving me in the negative with overdraft fees. I was almost going to switch banks because of this Mistake. Not only that, but the claim that was made was the wrong one! Needless to say, I was above and beyond pleased with Ms. Brigida! She took her time with me and made sure I left with my refund and took care of my claim needs. She was amazing! I will be going to her for all my banking questions from now on. Thank you for making me feel at ease in this hectic situation

Been a customer for nearly 2 decades. That changes today. They did away with their advantage checking. Did away with my Keep the Change savings account. Too many stipulations to keep it accounts free. Too many fees, fees too high, and lack of options for the working poor. So while I'm waiting, the signal in here must be blocked because I have service bars but "Can't connect to network." So I use their free wi-fi and can't get on half the sites I want to while I wait. They're a half a hair better than Wells Fargo but still suck. Edit: Customer service took this from a 1 star to 4 star rating. They have a hardship program for 90 days to hold fees for folks between jobs. I had to say "Please close my account." But they went out of the way to keep this 20 year customer. Thank you Brenda (And Gloria over the phone).

This bank will have a line of 5-10 customers in line waiting to see a teller, while only one window is seeing customers. Several times I have witnessed two or three more employees behind the counter just joking and cutting up. Frustrating to say the least.

I had a fraud experience and needed some help with a money transfer and closing my account suspected of fraud. Stella was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative, displayed outstanding customer service and a great help. She even assisted me with setting up the BOA app which I find very user friendly. She made a difficult experience enjoyable. Thanks Stella!!

Sent my daughter in to open her first account and we subsequently deposited funds for her college classes. We were told there would be a hold initially but the funds would be available the morning of her deadline for tuition. THEY WERE NOT. And suddenly no one can help or has an answer or solution any more. THIS BRANCH SUCKS as does this bank in general. After 25 years I'm done with them as well. GO Somewhere else.

Worst bank and branch ever! I come in every month to cash one of my bonus checks. They never have more then one teller. Always a line to the door. The manager always greets customer as they come through the door but won’t help the lonely teller.
