Chase Bank Reviews

Stacy Maddox5Recently my checking account was compromised. I was horrified, and dealing with the 1-800 numbers and online bots was simply a nightmare. I went to my local Chase branch and was helped by Ishmael Ballard. He immediately closed my checking and opened me a new one, got ahold of the fraudulent department rather quickly and handled everything with ease. I even got my money back moments later following the fraudulent claim. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Now I know in the future should I need help, that stopping in at the branch is my best best! Thanks again Ishmael! You saved the day!

dan lukas1This is chase in general. I submitted for an credit in August. It is now the end of September and I still have not received my letter wether I was declined or accepted to receive a card. I've gone in there and attempted to correct the issue 3 times and here I am still waiting. I'd say fourth try is the charm but I don't want to have a credit card through a bank that can't even mail out a single piece of paper. Changing banks. Its a shame this bank used to be great but they have declined very far downhill

Kari Cotton1I have never seen a banker (DAN VELAND) so unorganized and rude than I have at the Chase Bank in Ravenna.. We have been working for MONTHS to get my late grandmothers money transferred to my grandfathers account... we have been in 5 times now to fill out the SAME paperwork.. my Grandfather is on Dialysis and does not get around so most of these trips included 2 trips in one day from Cuyahoga Falls to Ravenna back to Cuyagoga Falls and back to Ravenna... again... to fill out the SAME PAPERWORK as the last time! Its so frustrating and seemed like they kept 'losing' the paperwork so it would set it back even longer! Oh, and to top it off, when I arrived one time after being told the paperwork was completed and needed picked up... it was NOWHERE to be found and I had to wait 30 min for him to get it all together. So extremely frustrating and a waste of our time! I even had to call off work one day to do this, and come to find out.... yet again... NOT DONE! And noremorse or apologies were ever given! Cant wait till this is all completed so I never have to deal with this branch/banker again!
