L Z1It is very upset with the service, I never seen a bank manager like her, so rudely and impatient, today I went to the bank, ask them to help me about auto loan statement, the early auto loan set up with car dealer, after month, the lady work in PNC tell me , if I open account in PNC , my car loan the interest from 1.82% became 1.5%, I was happy to get lower payments, then I open account with her , but today I discovered they only give a month payment was right, rest months payment was go back old payment which is high interest , I ask the lady manager to help me resolve the problem, she give me excuse, it’s different department , ask me to do by myself, I just want ask PNC bank , are you cheating the customer? that time the banker ask customer open account, give the lower interest, right now interest go up again, the bank manager support be help customer to contact PNC auto loan department , no any manager like her ask customer to do by themselves. .

Vivian Cao1They really do not care about people's safety or privacy information at this bank location. An employee here released my bank statements/account info without my permission. That person was not on the account, making it a privacy breach. there is absolutely no reason why someone can just walk in and request someone else's bank account info/statements and get it without any issues. I reported the employee but nothing was done. I also at one point had my credit card info stolen. I went to this bank for some assistance, and the employee blamed it on me saying that I made the purchase without remembering, and that it was not possible for a credit card to be stolen, and refused to issue me a new card. I was then forced to pay for a purchase from a thief, and someone out there still has my credit card info.

Tam Dinh1This branch has failed me for the last time. I was having problems trying to locate the title for a vehicle that I purchased using their loan. Through out the summer it was next to impossible to get any answers as to where the title was. I was helped by Zelmar, but he kept evading the blame on PNC bank. He said it was the dealer's fault, and other's fault. Freddie the manager is worthless, useless, only to repeat what Zelmar said. They both could not push the issue up the management chain. Their final answer was "I'm Sorry, we tried and that's all we can do". These people are just concerned about selling you the loan, after that; they can't help you. It's a shame.

Ari Sarousi1Horrible bank. I don't think the business manager I spoke too is too bright. She told me she would not be able to give me my balance until the next day, yet wanted to me sign off stating that I am receipt of my balance. It's quite absurd. When closing my account, when asked for a written confirmation of its closure, a teller printed off a sheet informing me of steps that must be taken before an account is closed. This document did not bear my companies, name, date, account number or any identifying marks stating the account was closed. I have been to this bank 4 times to close my account, twice this week alone. I always get told that I have to come back. Inferior service and incapable clerks, that is what PNC is.

denis dedkov1I agree with a previous reviewer this is the worst PNC branch on the East coast, and it's giving this overall a great bank a bad reputation. I've been a PNC customer for 10 years now, used their branches in PA, NJ, NY, and now this in VA. This is the first time in my life where a branch employee told me he had to check with his manager for me to make my cash withdrawal. Apparently I need a manager's permission to get my money? Another event took place on 12/27/2015 at approximately 13:30 hours and this was also the first time in my life where a drive through ATM and the ATM inside the bank displayed a message: "This ATM can not process cash transactions at the moment"....Are you kidding me every ATM in the bank out of cash and I get punished for been a PNC customer by not been able to get my money? This kind of travesty is unheard of, not from a good reputable bank. All the responsibility rests on the shoulders of the managers and they have failed at doing their jobs and need to be let go. They are giving this branch and this bank a bad name, and ruining it's reputation.

Ryan Grover1As a PNC customer, I attempted to get currency exchanged for a trip and had plenty of days for them to exchange the cash. However they informed me it would take more days than advertised on PNC's website to get it sent in. I eventually exchanged my currency elsewhere. After the trip I came back to the PNC branch I attempted to exchange with and they spent 30min telling me they couldn't accept the currency to get exchanged. I wasted my time both times attempting this at their location. As a PNC customer I thought this wouldn't be a difficult transaction. The currency was British Pounds but they gave me a hard time because it was "Bank of Scotland" currency.

Joseph Krisanda5I don't understand these negative reviews that I see. I have always found the employees at this branch very helpful and knowledgeable during my visits. My only wish is that the CDs that they offer could provide a better return, although this is a problem with all banks now.
