  Amazing Rates On Personal Loans & Automotive Loans, Staff Is Amazing At What They Do & Very Friendly. I’ve been with them for 5 Years Now & Don’t Have A Single Complaint. They Seriously Go Above & Beyond Expectations For Customer Service. I Know 10 Others That Are With Them & Have Never Heard Complaints From Them, When We’re Discussing Banks.

  Recently joined credit union for their great loan rates. Customer service interaction via phone have all been with very rude, unmotivated and unhappy sounding employees. It makes you feel like your a bother to them. If it wasn't for Gloria in the Loan Dept (who is friendly and helpful) it would make paying a higher loan rate with our friendly local Alaska credit unions seem like a much better option.

  UPDATE: 2022 Gloria Ware assisted edited me and my sister with getting a HELC. She made the transition so smooth. She has available to answer all our follow up questions. TruEnergy rates are the lowest and their quick service is a game changer! In 2021 Eileen helped me refinance my car that i purchased in 2018. Again they out did themselves and and offered an even lower interest rate! Can not say enough about the low interest rates! You just can't get any lower than TruEnergy In 2018 I purchased my car with a loan with TruEnergy. They offered the lowest loan rates ever for my new car! They offer much better rates than State Dept Federal Credit. That alone won me over!

  Can we say funded (in my account) in under 2 HOURS of making application!?!?! Changed my ENTIRE perception of Credit Unions. GREAT rates, knowledgeable and helpful staff!!! Thank you Truenergy!!!

  I'm very disappointed with my Credit Union. I filled out a loan online two days ago. I left several messages regarding further information. I was not contacted back. No, follow up email advising the loan is pending or needs further information.  My first time using my credit union, and this is how you repay your client. Unacceptable. I could have done something different and went elsewhere if I knew your process was so difficult misleading and dishonest due to your email advising, that your credit union is the way to go.  It's clear, it's the way to FOLD on your client Not good. I will be looking for a new credit union. Tks again

  I don't have much experience with this bank as I have only been a member for about two months. One issue prompted this review and that is their ACH processing. I directed two sources of my income to this account and each time a direct deposit from these sources were initiated I had to wait until after the bank opens before it is processed to my account. With other banks ACH process process at 12 am and I wake up to my money in my account. This is 2019 if this is the least the bank can offer is speedy processing of deposits. I wonder if the bank is closed due to inclement weather on the day my direct deposit is suppose to process would it be delayed? One other thing is the format of the online view of your account is confusing with the brackets, it feels very dated.
