  Tareq Maayta LOAN OFFICER in the Annadale VA office was instrumental to our client securing and settling on their new home. The loan was a difficult scenario with multiple generation purchasing the home. Several other lenders were not willing or able to work with this family. Tareq jumped in and solved every problem with a solution. It was a challenging loan to close, but Tareq was always available day or night to answer our questions.   I don’t know where to begin on how amazing this company is. Not only did they do their job and got time to close on time but they did it so efficiently I was questioning on how it was possible. I was under contract with another lender and just 2 weeks before my closing date, my previous lender said there was an issue with my loan. Nasim assured me that she could get the loan approved before the closing dates with just 10 business days left. Not only did they close on time but they found a way to get me a cheaper interest rate. I’ve never worked with a company within real estate or outside of it that’s been so dedicated. This is my first home and they also re financed my parents house all within 2 months. Amazing company is an understatement.

  Had an amazing experience with this company as our lender. Our loan office was Ms. Akhtar who was amazing! We were able to close our first home in 15 days and got a great interest rate. Both of these are hard to come by given the pandemic. She was very responsive any time of day. Easy online process using their own website and DocuSign. I would highly recommend them and use them for my next home purchase.

  My experience with Finance USA Corporation was absolutely amazing. Simmy is a wonderful woman. She walked me through everything that I needed to know. She helped us with our loans which was impossible for us to get, but she made it possible by working hard day and night to get us our Loans. Her team is great.
