  So many Car Dealerships to choose from, they are dime a dozen, but Platinum Autos in Bellevue is that special one that exist on the eastside that will provide Service, Service, Service, and more Quality Customer Service. This dealership has taken a very unique approach in selling cars to their customers the right way. It is a very casual place where you can take your time and window shop for your favorite cars from the choices they offer. They also have more vehicles that are not on the lot due to space limitations but can be viewed by just calling them ahead. prior to your arrival. During my stroll around the parking area, I didn't feel like a prey where numerous vultures where circling about waiting for that " pounce." I'm sure you all know what I mean when we shop for a new vehicle at a dealership: the tension, the anxiety, not to mention the frustration that ultimately leading to a raised blood pressure. I was taken care of from A thru Z. From finding the right vehicle, to a very simple negotiation of the price, having them arrange financing and then driving away with my new vehicle. My entire purchase process went very smoothly and so will yours. I truly enjoyed purchasing a car for the very first time in my life. It felt good. It felt like I was somewhat empowered.

  I bought a 1998 Ford from this dealership. To begin with, the owner of the dealership, Robert, was very rude and dismissive. He openly lied to me about the condition of the car and the time it would take for me to receive the number plates and title. He charged me more than the car was worth and the first day I took the car for a drive on the highway the transmission blew and I was put in a very unsafe situation in the middle of highway 5 in peak hour traffic. Of course there are risks involved with buying any used car and it is my fault for trusting such a character. I do encourage people to only buy cars with warranty from this man/dealership and expect to be treated poorly if you are not spending the big dollars. Overall, this experience has giving me less faith in humanity and i has shattered my confidence. Very disappointing.

  I went to sell my car. Before looking into the car they offered a price which is way lower than the actual value. But that's fine they asked us to come over there and telling us, this is the best offer for this car. For this we don't need to drive for an hour, he didn't even inspect the car...unethical place to buy or sell your car...

  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought a vehicle from them in September 2013 with 650 miles on it. The Carfax report on it showed a clean car. Flash forward to yesterday (4.5 years later) when we went to a dealership planning to trade our vehicle in on a new one. When they pulled up the Carfax on it, it showed our vehicle was wrecked before we took possession of it in 2013. Platinum is a deceitful company that was fully aware of this accident and disclosed nothing to us about it. The accident apparently did not show up on the Carfax report until some time after we had purchased it. We did everything we could to protect ourselves from buying a defective car and this company scammed us!!
