  Cornerstone was far and away the most responsive, most efficient, and most prepared team I've ever worked with on financing anything. Their tools and processes were simple and helpful, they offered competitive rates, and they answered when I called, which was so important. Closing on a house is always a mad scramble to get everyone together, but Cornerstone was always three steps ahead. I recommend them 100%.

  Caleb and team were great to work with throughout the entire loan process. I highly recommend them! My real estate agent Carrie Melpolder referred me to them, and I'm glad she did. Caleb is very knowledgeable -- he took the time to thoroughly answer any questions. Moreover, he took my loan approvals from other lenders and provided me with a competitive offer. Also, he was always available to respond same day. One of the reasons why I personally chose Cornerstone is that they continue to service the home loan after closing. I value building a relationship with my lender, because I intend to grow my business with them in the long run. Most lenders will close the loan then sell it to another company who services the loan, which was a thumbs down for me. The entire Cornerstone team kept me updated every step of the process via email, text and phone. They coordinated with all the key players like my real estate agent, home insurance company, title company, etc.. Once my offer on a home was accepted, the team was quick and efficient to close the loan. The current market is extremely competitive and this team did an awesome job making sure I closed on time. It was a pleasure working with someone local. I attempt to go with a bigger none local company, but the experience was no where near the same.
