  On 6/16/2022, I went in to this branch in hopes that they would have a difficult to find banking service. I was greeted warmly and after finding out what I needed was directed to the manager. The manager was professional, interested and was able to perform the task needed. Although I have been a BECU member for years, I had been using Chase Bank. I am now moving my banking to BECU. This location gets my highest recommendation to anyone seeking excellence in banking.

  Always helpful. I have a mental disability that makes understanding new information extremely hard. Every time I go into BECU this affects me in some way. The people there never miss a step. They politely explain my confusion and wait for me to understand. By looking at me you can not tell I have any issues so I feel like they would do this for anyone that comes in. Thank you BECU for your great customer service.

  Branden was great, he helped us with the banking records we needed and suggested a local Thai food place which was probably the best Thai food we’ve had in Washington.

  Dropped into BECU today to discuss investment options with money from a home I just sold. I am having the money transfers to my BECU account. They really didn’t seem to care. Was told they were just going to refer me to someone else. I asked what the benefit would be for me to keep my money at BECU vs Fidelity and was told that it doesn’t make any difference. Why do I have an account with BECU? Guess it’s time to pay off my car with them and close the account. Was really floored by the lack of interest in my financial needs or goals.

  Even though we stopped by late before BECU was about to close Jathan Lopez took us inside, helped us with our account, and answered all our loan questions. Amazing customer service every time I come to this location.

  BECU is an excellent credit union and a much better option than banking with one of the big banks with lots of fees. I do most of my banking online, but is nice having a location in town where you can chat with an employee in person as well!

  Credit unions are what banks should be. Thanks to BECU, I was able to pay rent on time and keep my home even though my paycheck was delayed. I will stick with BECU and encourage my family and friends to switch. They don't have any surprise fees and there are so many ATMs that you can use for free. They are also more up to date than most other credit unions with the online banking. Their app actually works most of the time. I got my partner to switch from Bank of America and he was astounded that there were so few fees and that they would actually allow him a credit card when BoA would not. If you're reading this, you should seriously consider ditching any bank and going to a credit union.

  BECU is AMAZING! After over 30 years at US Bank we switched. Yes it was not easy to do with so many accounts to switch over but so worth it. I won't ever change from BECU, thank you for excellence.

  I really loved Bailey at this branch, she was incredibly helpful and even went to the extent to show me how to use their ATM for the first time. I had a very pleasant experience and I'm proud to be a new BECU member :)
