  I walked in to open a youth account for my niece and was very satisfied with the service. Shout out to Carol Carmona who assisted me today with great guidance making my experience an excellent one! The lobby is clean and organized. The tellers are very friendly and efficient. No hidden fees whatsoever. I have banked with BofA for the past 25 years but I'm excited I joined SCE FCU.

  Here some free advice, please find a lending institution that cares about the customer and not just their wallet. There are many choices out there, so please find a good one because these people do not care.

  Credit Unions often say, “your credit union”, but SCE, sincerely mean it. Gabby and Daniel (Manager and Assistant Manager) go over and beyond to help whenever I’ve needed it. Trust me when I say, I come with baggage🤪 Daniel and Gabby will help no matter what. I can’t thank them enough for all they do🙏🏾

  5 STARS all the way...! Being in banking myself I am well aware of what a customer experience should be and how to cater to a client needs. Michelle was able to answer all my questions, address any concerns and really looked at the larger picture. I can honestly say Michelle was the sole reason why am consolidating banks. I believe in Service before Sales approach & Michelle was able to deliver and far exceed my expectations. Glad to know this company employs people and not sales persons. Thanks for everything Michelle!

  Went in to apply for an auto loan. Lizeth Lopez fought for me as I am 18 years old with no established credit and I got approved for a loan with no co-signer. She's really helpful and has a very genuine personality. All around great experience.

  the lady at the welcoming desk was very *unwelcoming* and had a very rude attitude towards my partner and i upon entering i work in customer service myself and i can't imagine interacting with clientele with an attitude like hers.

  Great service, very professional. Michelle Gomez helped me out with auto financing, was very nervous about a new car purchase and if I even had the credit to do so, she ran my numbers quickly and now I have my new car.   The customer service representative VIRGINIA is very rude and does NOT know how to speak to customers. She should not even be allowed to speak to any customers with her attitude! I wish I could give 0 stars. I would recommend any other bank over this one.
