  Bryant is incredible. He’s not just professional, he’s invested in you and your outcome. He took the time to educate us (first time home buyers) on the process and terminology, and managed our expectations all along the way. We, naively, got distracted by another lender tempting us with “a lower rate” and Bryant was understanding and he was there when it turned out to be too good to be true. Bryant found us an incredible rate, helped us navigate several sticky situations with a tricky seller and did it all on time and with a calm, happy, helpful demeanor. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

  Mario and Encore Mortgage made the difference in my real estate purchase in a very difficult market. I had a previous lender who I worked with many years ago and I was not satisfied with their pricing and variety of options for my new purchase. I was connected to Mario Sandoval at Encore Mortgage, and he completely changed the game for me. He and his staff were extremely service oriented and kept me abreast throughout the entire program but more importantly, Mario had a variety of programs and he had the expertise to consult me on the best options for my needs. He did all of this while saving me over $18,000 in fees versus the prior lender.   Bryant was amazing! I wish I could buy another house just so I could work with him again! He’s knowledgeable and professional and was just what we needed. We were first time home buyers and he answered all our questions and went above and beyond to set our minds at ease. He was available when we needed him and helped us through the toughest parts of home buying. Paperwork was done on time, early even...he really made us feel comfortable and confident with our options and ultimately our purchase!

  We highly recommend Bryant and his team if you are buying a home. They are very knowledgable, kind, and always make sure their clients are happy. Bryant, Jorge, and the whole team are quick at responding emails, texts, and phone calls. They would even text or accept the call late at nights when you have a question or a concern. We are first time home buyers and we know nothing about any process of home purchasing step whatsoever. Bryant and his team walked us through every step of the process and willing to go extra mile of sharing knowledge with us. We are so glad that we had a chance to work with them.   As a first time home buyer, I had no clue which way to head or what to do. By the suggestion of a friend I was directed to Encore. So happy I was!!! They went above and beyond and made the entire experience quick and painless. I am one who is pretty impulsive and also like to get things done quickly. They obliged and the entire process took me a few weeks. I felt as though they held my hand the whole way. Maria really did an amazing job meeting us every step of the way, LITERALLY. She was there for the open house, the inspection and the appraisal. She explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what we were doing. I feel we made friends in the family at Encore. When and if I decide to buy again…they’re the ones! Thank you, Encore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Bryant is a pleasure to work with. Since they day we met him he had a genuine intent to help us make an informed decision. Bryant was professional at all times, even when our own Realtor seemed not as professional at times. He was thorough and spent time with us to help us understand the details of our loan and real estate transaction. We liked working with him so much that we had him later refinance our home that he sold us. We would consider Bryant a friend and someone we truly trust with our loan options moving forward.
