  Platinum Home Mortgage was extremely helpful in the process of buying a home. They were always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in their field. We worked with Ed and he was always a pleasure to work with. He would call for updates and keep the process rolling so we could get a house as soon as possible. Ed was always available when I needed him, and if not he called me back as soon as he could. If you want to go with a local mortgage company you should choose Platinum Home Mortgage.

  I was so happy to work with Leslie Church with PHM. She went above and beyond the normal duties required of a mortgage consultant. She was always available to explain terms to me at any time of day. She really seemed to have a personal interest in helping me to purchase my new home. I would recommend Platinum Home Mortgage and Leslie to anyone in the market to finance or refinance a home. The day after I closed on my new home, Leslie called to check in on me! I truly will miss our daily chats and emails.

  PHM was referred to my husband and myself by our realtor, and she specifically said “ask for Leslie!” Leslie was always there with answers to our many questions, and worked with us each step of the way! Knowing how anxious we (especially my husband) was about the whole process she was always positive and reassuring! We highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home to call Leslie first! We closed on our new home today, and we are extremely thankful to Leslie for all of her help!!

  I used Platinum Home Mortgage 7 years ago to purchase my townhouse. I was so happy with the service, when it was time to buy another house a few months ago, I decided to use them again. Leslie was my financial rep BOTH times. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She followed up when she said she would and made sure I was happy. She broke down numbers, forms, percentages and anything else I didn’t understand. We were truly blessed to work with her again. I’m pretty sure she had other clients but she made me feel like I was her only client. She definitely gave us top notch treatment and for that I am grateful. I just closed on my second home last week and when it’s time to buy the 3rd one, we will definitely give Leslie a calll!

  I recently purchased my home in the Charlotte, NC area. While doing so, I was referred to Leslie with Platinum Home Mortgage.... I must say my family and I had the absolute best experience!! Leslie was very professional, personable, and informative from the very beginning!! From day one, she listened and more importantly answered all my questions and concerns. Doing business with Leslie was a pleasure. It seemed as if I was dealing with family. She made us feel very comfortable while going through this process. We ran into a few snags along the way and Leslie was right there battling for us and along side of us!! She knows her stuff and my family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leslie.
