Greatest Dog Mom1They really deserve 0. Had an account for 3+ years and couldn’t even give me a reason just said they won’t cash my check they can only deposit it. And then I’d have to wait 3 days before it will even be in there. It’s always something. Never goes smoothly. They lock my bank card for fraud every other time I swipe and if I go to an atm I have to call the fraud place verify my phone email and license before I can even take out $20!? Not to mention charging their non refundable monthly maintenance fee every 22 days instead of once a month. Ridiculous.

amy white2This is why I don't use my account. Atm is down... No drive up teller... I have been standing in line for 25 minutes with only three people in front of me and only one teller. Lots of people at their desks. Maybe the drawers are assigned and others can't use them but this is rediculious. And it happens all the time. Other banks are a quick in and out.

The Pink Planter1I see EXACTLY WHY these reviews are so low! I went in today around 11. Waited for 40 minutes! For a guy to make me an appointment to come back at 3. Im back at 3 and its 3:15 and no one has come to get me! Horrible bank! Go some place else!!! The customer service here is horrible, the wait is horrible, and there are other banks! And the sad part is, the lobby is FULL but the people in the offices are not! There is one guy with NO ONE, another guy walking around with NO ONE and traffic out the door!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Kevin Swails1Very unorganized at this location. I was very disappointed when coming here. I scheduled an appointment here for Saturday on Tuesday. I sat in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Then once someone finally spoke with me it was 9 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand banks can be busy, especially on Saturdays. This is why people make appointments. This location needs some training, or re-staffing. I don’t know. My company will not be doing business with Bank of America.

E B5I am not sure why this location of Bank of America has low ratings. The traffic on the roads nearby are very busy and make it more difficult to turn into parking lot. Usually someone gives us enough room to turn in. Employees work very hard at this bank. This is a very heavy traffic location. But this bank has been here a very long time. So, most of us evolved with the traffic jam. They do their best! If everyone will have their IDs, deposit slips, paperwork, etc. ready it would help the lines move more quickly.

Zen Zeta2This bank is consistently slow and understaffed, and the "bankers" have to call a support line to conduct transactions. I had a simple government direct deposit form that needed to be signed by a bank representative, and the "banker" refused to sign it assuring me that the government would take it. Newsflash... they did NOT. I took a chance and decided to ask another branch, and they signed the form with no problem. While I understand "rules", this cost me time, energy and gas because I had to go to another branch to get serviced. Don't visit if you're in a hurry, and don't expect a knowledgeable person to help you. Usually smaller branches have that hometown feel. This branch is slow and low on basic banking knowledge. Find another branch.

Melissa Gardin1If I could give the Belmont location a big fat ZERO I would. The branch manager is not knowledgeable at all. Came to get a simple form filled out, the form was given to the branch manager to complete, she stated that it could not be filled out at their location and they needed to fax it to acct validation, that it would take 3-5 days. Checked back in 5 days the branch manager didn't have a clue if she faxed the form or not therefore I was told I could fax it myself. Went to another bank in Charlotte, took them less then 5mins to complete the form.

Kendra Mark1I try to avoid this bank at all cost. My mom went in today and I thought she was being held hostage! She was in that bank for ATLEAST 20 minutes. The only positive thing I have to say is that the branch manager is very helpful.

Keyondra Johnson1This location is the slowest and most unorganized location EVER!!! You sit in the drive through 30 minutes before getting service even after calling in to let them know you are there and they just say “Oh”. So happy I don’t have personal accounts with them. This isn’t just a one time thing it is typical and everyone in Belmont will say the same. TERRIBLE. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
