  talked to person on the phone about a specific vehicle. He stated to come on over at which we stated we lived in port st. lucie and are about an hour away. He stated they dont close for another 1 1/2 hours and to come on down. When we arrived at 340 pm the employees were leaving and refused to help us and they said they were closing early. We advised we just drove for a 2 hour round trip as they said to come on over, and now were leaving. Asked why they would do this and they did not have an answer. What very poor customer service they had. Guess Ill be going somewhere else to get a vehicle.

Although we closed in 20 mins, we reviewed pricing with you and your wife about the vehicle you were interested in. We did not refuse you, you left when we told you we did not have vehicles in your price range.Thank you for stopping by, we appreciate you and would be happy to assist you.

  I dealt with Diego and he was very professional, honest and nice, which is rare in the used car business. Unfortunately, they couldn't finance us on the vehicle we wanted.

  Planet motors wpb is the best dealership in town people really nice and patient there, I bought my car there I am so happy with the deal specifically LG ( Laveny) the sales consultant is the best.

  This is a real bad business, they took advantage of my mother and father that don't speak English. They went there to buy a car just before closing time, the sales man named William "Willy" stole $500 from them. He wrote a receipt for them on a peice of blank white paper because " he was closing ". Anyway we went back to get our deposit on a Hyundai but we were told he did not work there anymore plus they have nothing to do with the receipt he gave us. BS ! It's their business not his. He does still work there so they are in the scam together to cheat hardworking Hispanic people. They would not do that to someone other than HiSpanic We want our money back. Do not trust them. Bad place Bad people. We are going to make a complaint. The money is not importante!
