Brian Suarez4Extremely poor service. Arrived for my appointment at 5:20pm and had to wait in line 20 minutes just to find out who I had my service appointment with. Finally got to my service rep and was turned away since it was “too close to 6pm”. Told I took too long and should come back tomorrow. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend. EDIT: I decided to give the West Palm Beach Dealer a second chance after on of your service associates insulted me last time I attempted to have an oil change at the old location. I figure that a new location might bring with it better service, unfortunately it seems I was wrong. I noticed on 4/20/2019 that my car had started to leak some drops of oil. Since I have a Toyota Platinum extended warranty I decided that I needed to take my car to the nearest dealer (which is the new Palm Beach Toyota location). I was able to book an appointment that same Saturday (4/20/2019) to have my car looked at. To my surprise I was told that I would be charged a $135 diagnostic fee despite having a Platinum Extended Warranty. Since my car is vital for my work I agreed and was told that the service department would call the Warranty plan to get things straightened out. 2 hours later I was told that they were unable to reach the Warranty Department and that my oil pan gasket was faulty and I needed to pay $480. At that point I agreed since I needed my car back. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I was told the service had been completed and everything was fixed. I proceeded home confident that a Toyota dealer would have fixed this issue. To my surprise I woke up the next day to even more oil leaking under my car! This is completely unacceptable! EDIT2: Palm Beach Toyota has really redeemed itself. They handled my case the next day immediately. Before I even got out of the car the manager was already addressing the situation with me. Special kudos to Fillipe Cortte for helping resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was even able to get my previous claim approved and my payment returned. A rough start, but willing to give them another try.

Justin Alfonso5Frank Naceda is absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. He really fights to get you the deal you want. I never thought the deal I wanted was possible but him and the whole dealership really went above and beyond with my deal. Everyone from the front desk to the financial guy is amazing. Gave me the best money for my trade in. No one else gave me that much and gave me a fair deal on the new car. They made money and I left happy it’s a win win. If you live down south it’s worth the drive. Go to Frank he is the best around.

Cristobal Colon1Worse dealership to take your car for service. Took my car in for an oil change and they ended telling me it needed so many stuff done to it because if i didn’t change them the motor would blow, which my car running perfectly fine before I took it in. While I had it service, got many calls from salesman telling me to sell them my car and buy another from them because my Toyota frs wasn’t going to last long because once it passes 100k they aren’t reliable. They got so annoying and not ever taking them my car! Now that I got it back , they said it also needs a battery ;/ and alternator. These guys also had it for a month until I came in and complained about it because I needed my car back ASAP. DO NOT TAKE IT IN FOR SERVICE THERE, save your self a headache.

Must have happened for a reason, because they had a vehicle almost identical to the one I was going to test drive. I stopped to look at the truck, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to help me get into their vehicle. Everyone was very helpful. I'm so happy I went with their vehicle rather than their competitors. Thanks to Billy Reyes, our salesperson, Daniel West, the sales manager, and Zaida Vargas, the finance manager, for helping us get into our new F150!

These guys were a breath of fresh air: no games, no leaving you alone for an hour, no "Don't tell my manager I said this ..." etc., etc. They closed the deal on the terms we had agreed, with no last-minute surprises. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. I dealt with Daniel Mendoza (Sales) and Michael Quinn (Finance). This was the least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. Very satisfied customer.

Bense Felix5Came to palm beach Toyota after my warranted CV axle was causing issues with my Camry shanking. I worked Directly with Gregory and he handed my process very thoroughly. He resolved my issue promptly and quickly. A day later I had another problem and I came back to him. He recommended that I do a break change as well as get my tires balanced. From there my issue was completely resolved and he gave me great pricing. He even let me know a rebate Toyota was having for the service. From here on out I will always return back to Palm Beach Toyota and I will always ask to speak to my service advisor Gregory. Thanks Greg for treating me like family.

It was the usual get the manager ordeal and I walked away from each one of their “deals”. What s pleasant surprise when I met A J. Cooke at Oalm Beach Toyota. He always make sure we are getting the best deal possible and confirms that we understand the information he is giving us. He always offers water, coffee and snacks as well!
