  I enjoy coming to this CU because Danielle V offers phenomenal service. She is very knowledgable and always prompt. She goes above and beyond to service her customers to help find financial solutions. She is truly an outstanding professional and I am so glad I got the opportunity to work with her when my husband and I joined this CU.

  These guys are truly a one of a kind establishment. Not only do they give you opportunities others won't they also provide excellent finance programs and outstanding customer service.   I had the opportunity to be assisted by Cari-Lynn Mojena , Relations Specialist on refinancing my car loan. Also she guided me on the process for the second Mortgage Loan. Cari was very professional and answered all my questions and doubts on both process. She displayed an excellent customer service skills at all times and demonstrated being very knowledgeable on every aspect. I would recommend her services/assistance to anyone.

  Really bad experience Every quarter I go to see if they can lower my interest rate in order to lower my monthly payments and they always get me the same score from EQUIFAX even though my score directly from EQUIFAX is much higher and in a much better tier They simply don’t care and the treatment is very rude

  I had the pleasure of working on getting a new car loan with Milagros Avila and Jose Abreu they were amazing and along with the underwriters made mine and my kids life a whole lot easier. Thank you all. This is the best bank with great employees!

  I am giving 5 star rating to MARLENE STRAUSS and PABLO CRUZ in the Summit Blvd., West Palm Beach location. I was having serious issues with auto-pay loan and I had spoke to MANY bank reps who did not have a solution. I was going to close my account until Marlene and Pablo stepped in and resolved my problem. Very professional! Guardian needs more Representatives that have a clear understanding in regards to procedures within a financial institution as these two professionals.

Both of the people I worked with (Richie Obszarski and Carri-Lynn Mojena) we’re so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my auto loan and financing.   I had the pleasure of working with loan officer Roseline Moyse to refinance my new vehicle. Roseline was very helpful with processing my loan and knowledgeable when I had questions about my loan. She made the loan process effortless. Roseline is a great asset to the Guardians Credit Union.
