  I went in and didn't know what to expect. The employees there were All friendly and helpful. I got a loan on my gold chain and a diamond ring . they have me what I need and offered me more. I have since taken it out and if and when I need I will go back. Great service and team. The managers were great to me. Thanks

  Today a couple other customers and my self were kicked from the store because we didnt have face masks on. We were not there to pawn stuff but to buy tools . That's a very unwelcoming feeling and will never go back again and neither should anyone else if they are making so much profit on there Items that they can be that picky . Publix ,homedepot ,lowes ,target are not even doing that just the employees are strongly suggested to do so not the customers. Hey you dont feel like my money is not valuable there I just will not go there any more .

  This store is amazing Angelica always helps me when I go in there the store is always clean and organized Valentina as well is very helpful and nice to me and my family when we go in there all the time.

  I went in awhile back to purchase an item just as they we're closing. I had put it on layaway with $100 down after getting a little more info on the item. Upon doing some more research that night i found it was not the product i was looking for. so i returned the following morning to correct the mistake. As soon as i explained the issue to them they proceeded to tell me they had to charge me a restocking fee of $80 and could only give me $20 in store credit. The product wasn't off the shelf more than 10 hours and they were closed through out the time period as well and i still had to pay for it. Never doing business with them again.

  Store is clean and staff is pleasant, especially one of the girls.. I think her name is Mimi. She’s very knowledgeable and nice whenever I need assistance.

  I've been here MULTIPLE times, I've done business with them for awhile now. Both buying and pawning. SOME of the employees are great, the others, not so much. If I see an employee I know isn't the greatest become available before someone I know who will actually help me does, I'll allow someone else in line to be helped an wait it out. They also charge 25% interest which I think it absurd! The next pawn shop literally at the next light charges 15% and the next pawn shop 2 miles down the road charges 10%. They offer the lowest prices on pawns and sales out of any shop within this general area. I just go here sometimes because its the closest and I am trying to make it before close. Which is the next point I'm going to make and the whole reason I'm writing this review. The hours of operation are clearly, very visibly displayed on the door. During the week, they "close at 7." Not once, not twice, not even 3 times, but 4 times I have arrived at 6:35, 6:45 and the gate is already pulled shut and the doors are locked. I see people inside still in line being helped. I called, standing right outside the door so that I'm visibly seen, they actually answer the phone. I explain to them that hey this is me outside, as I'm waving and they're looking right at me, that theres still 15-30 mins before the POSTED CLOSING time, so I'm not sure why I can't get in. All they say is, were closed and hang up. So I'm confused as to why the sign is posted one closing time, but the actual closing time is something different. The previous mentioned pawn shop at the very next light will stay open 5 mins PASSED closing time, allowing you to come in and do business still with no problem, no attitude, better prices/offers, and lower interest rate. I also went one day a few months back around 12-1pm, the posted opening time was 9am and the gate was still closed and the store was unopened. Once again, I called and someone answered, but insisted they werent open yet even though it was 3-4 hours PAST opening. So do not go by the "posted hours of operation, on their physical door, or the posted hours of operation listed here. They are false and not honored." Also being someone who works in customer service, I know how it is. Closing in 5-10 mins and having someone walk in, I've been walking to the door at closing time to lock it and someone walked it. I obviously was unleashed, but I still allowed them to come in and do business. A company who wants to do well, shows that by actually DOING well. Making sure every customer is satisfied, to the best of our ability (not everyone can be pleased) and honoring all signs, offers, and hours, clearly stated to our public. This is obviously not a store who cares to much about customer satisfaction, or going "above and beyond" to ensure repeat customers.

  This place is bad I don't recommend you to buy here went to buy an Xbox one with games I put it on layaway and went up for 3 days I went to pick it up and pay the rest but when I was given the Xbox I didn't bring the games that came when I put it on layaway and more the box was all open, look like they changed the whole console I never return to this place is the worst place you have gone.

  Con artist every last one of them. They low ball you then turn around and sell it for 10 times what they paid you. Yes I understand they have to make a profit, but what they are doing is predatory! Your better off selling on facebook or Ebay.
