  The very friendly and professional staff at Pioneer Title Agency, (specifically Mandi Perkins and Erin Drury) handled our escrow transaction smoothly and flawlessly! All communication was made through email and phone conversations. The well-organized escrow package that I received in the mail contained forms that required signatures and/or notarization and were clearly tabbed and identified as to what action needed to be made. Not only did they do a wonderful job in executing the transaction, the closing date was performed two weeks earlier than the designated date! Thank you so much Mandi and Erin – it was a very positive and pleasurable experience working with you both!

  There are only good things that I can say about Pioneer Title in Pinetop. Thank you to Cathy who helped me fill out the initial paperwork. And my thanks to Aubree who guided me with all of the remaining forms. Each were very knowledgeable and pleasant.

  Fast service. You pay a little more for everything here but let me tell you the girl can type so fast you are in and out in no time. I thought I was a fast Tyler but shes better and even with acrylics. Lol. Anyway friendly service and a night little waiting area too.

  Because of them (NOT) having a professional office staff to assume someone else’s responsibility when they vacate their responsibility. I paid an additional over $600.00 in moving fees. Also the sellers absorbed and additional amount. Very unprofessional and costly for me.
