  Not friendly. Offers way below other pawn shops. I'll go to the Hub next time. How could anyone who is blessed with an establishment not greet customers with a smile and give the people a fair exchange as they leave with the help they came there for? After all, we wouldn't pawn or sell our items if we weren't hurting, dont kick us when we're down.

  Stay away from this pawnshop! First off my wife's wedding set were stolen from here and we are yet to see any form of money for it and it's been close to a year. Second, my pawn was due yesterday May 19th 2019 so I went to go pay it only to find out they are closed on Sundays. On Monday morning I called to let them know I was going to go and pay them only to be told that the item had been pulled and sold already. I attempted to explain that I had attempted to go in the day prior to pay but they were closed, I was told it was not their problem and it was done. I went in to the pawnshop to try and talk to them but I was informed the owner had already left with my item. What was I supposed to do when I go in in the day the slip says it's due and they are closed. SMH. Bad business practice.

  I made a purchase Saturday, Jan 19, 2019, at this pawn shop. When I got home, I find what I purchased was missing several items. I returned Monday, and I did have my money returned. With that said, not friendly, helpful. I would not go there again!

  I can’t believe this place I loved the owner but after he was killed they said the insurance would replace my stuff it still has not happen now they are closed agian I want to know when we will get the money for are lost iteams?

  Not a very friendly place nor are the staff much of any help. You're better off going to the Hub.
