  Jon- the manager was very professional. He made me feel welcome like I was becoming part of a family. I don’t know who you bank with or why- but I would recommend this branch to anyone. Best banking experience I’ve ever had.

  The ladies that work here have THE best customer service skills I've encountered in a long time. Literally every time I go in there, they are helpful and genuinely friendly.

  What kind out bank closes at 4pm? So inconvenient out makes me want to close my account and go to a bank that is open later. How does BBVA Compass expect thier customers to be satisfied if they cannot conduct larger transactions if the only branch they're close to is closed?

  I have no issue with the personnel at the Pinetop location, but I advise you never ever to get a mortgage through the bank. I have had nothing but trouble with them, the latest is the SECOND time they have not paid the homeowners insurance out of our payments. And there have been at least 3 other issues we have had to handle because of their sorry handling of our account and our mortgage is only 2-1/2 years old.

  The people who work there are just wonderful they always try and go above and beyond. Just wonderful. I just wish they were open later in the day so hard to get there before 4 when I live 45 mins away and they are the closest.
