  Kelley & Tracy were great. Very on top of it, never kept us in the dark, always checked up on us & made sure they had everything they needed. There were no surprises at closing. Everything was both explained and understood very well. We had an extremely horrible experience with a different lender yrs ago with so many issues, too many to list on this review, but Kelley and Tracy were the exact opposite and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is even thinking about selling, buying or refinancing.

  Kelley is the best! Refinanced a loan living in Phoenix and working with Kelley in Pinetop. It was fast and easy. She beat her original quote, I was kept informed thru the whole process and any questions were answered immediately.   Shelly is one of the best people I have ever had to do business with. Her personality is very easy to get along with and appreciated.
