  This is my 2nd loan process with Pinnacle Mortgage Solutions. I absolutely love Dave’s professionalism, responsiveness and overall friendly interactions. Dave was very attentive to ensuring the outcome of my loan was what I desired/needed. There was some last minute changes at closing. Dave responded quickly, made changes the next day, which enable me to still meet my closing date. This was all during the busy holiday season. I really appreciate Dave and definitely recommend using his services.

  This place is awesome. I originally was doing a refinance for my home through US Bank which was taking over a year. So I was talking to my cousin about my situation an she recommended me to Pinnacle mortgage solutions. An within a few weeks we were able to close and at a lower apr.   I would whole heartedly recommend Pinnacle. Why? Dave always answered his phone--no phone tag at ALL. I was on a deadline to close my loan, and Dave quickly worked to submit all my docs to underwriting. Best of all, out of all lenders I researched, he got me the lowest interest rate!

  Dissatisfied with another lender I was working with and with almost 30 days to close I decided to look for another lender. That's when I came across Dave Taylor from Pinnacle Mortgage Solutions. I most say everything happens for a reason as not only was Dave able to get me a lower interest rate, (which the other lender denied me) but he also made the numbers look so much better.
