Been banking for over 2 years here. Today I found out that they have a $500 atm withdrawal limit for a 24 hour period. If you need to withdrawl more you have to visit a branch period. Even if your out of town they will not help you raise it temporarily to withdrawal what you need. They will not raise your atm withdrawal limits period as its a company policy I was stated. I was told by the branch to try and go to a a grocery store to do cash back at check out. Unfortunately there is also limit on withdrawing when checking out set by the store. I have always been a huge fan of this credit union and today I have learned they do not respect there customers needs. Who's money really is it? Sure don't seem like mine if I'm restricted on how much I can withdrawal from a atm. Other credit unions and banks I have banked at will do a temporary increase if needed after verifying your info. Just wanted to let everyone know and beware.

America First customer service just took a rapid nose-dive. I can no longer reach a banking representative on the phone without hours of wait time. What happened? This is unacceptable.

This Branch’s ATM took my card and never gave it back because the system abruptly shut down and restarted. I have absolutely NO idea what happened to my card but it’s GONE!! I’ve never had this happen to me at a Branch’s ATM before. Another time I tried to use it on a Sunday early morning the thing was out of order. NOW I have to go through the hassle of shutting down this card and ordering a new one now!! Royal pain in the a** not to mention unbelievably frustrated that MY OWN BANK’S ATM machine stole my fn’ card!!! This is about as funny and a joke as this entire country including our fraudulent POTUS.

Went to the bank to familiarize myself with their app and the zelle process. This lady at the front was short tempered and irritable. This is my first time utilizing their services and they did not make me feel like a valued customer. How am I supposed to know how to navigate through their apps if I don't ask?

Do not bank with them. ATMs never accept cash and app is down most the time. Probably so you can miss your payments. Went to a credit union because I was told they looked at you as a customer vs just your credit report. I got a secured credit card. Paid it off in full every month for a year. Interest rate started at about 10% and climbed from there. Someone I personally know have a credit score 150pts below mine got a secure card and a LOWER interest rate. Asked about a credit line increase. Be prepared for a hard credit inquiry. They look only at your report, not your history with them. Navy federal doubled my limit after 6 months w/o me asking. Even their call center keeps bankers hours.

Decent bank. Usually pretty easy to work with. Only 3 stars because I am a truck driver that goes from vegas nv to kingman az daily and have had multiple multiple blocks on my account even after putting travel notices. They wont let my wife call i. And take the block off because she isnt the primary. There is no way to unblock an account on Sundays

Love the tellers Michelle and Peggy, I won't go unless one of them is helping me, but as a company there are aspects of itself that makes me give it only 3 stars......for example, how the account won't always process transactions in purchase order so you can end up with more overdraft fees than you should, but other than that they are great and customer service has worked those glitches out on my account, it is just frustrating having to take the time to work it out. My husband and I are in a tough spot financially and they have never been rude about our account not always being in the positive and have always offered ways to help us financially. It puts my mind at ease knowing they care about the person behind the account and they care about helping them, not just the balance the account holds:)

I opened my account this February. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The whole process was easy. And the building is warm, welcoming and clean. I haven't noticed any of the issues with cleanliness any of the times I've gone in. I'm applied for a credit card and if they do not approve me, I'll be opening a secure credit card to work on my credit. Also they have business services so I'll be ordering a business account for the new business I'm starting. Overall great bank. The only downside so far is that there isn't an atm inside. I prefer, especially at night, to go inside and use the atm. I r er ally don't like driving up because it's not as safe. It is in a safe area though and everything else has been great. Good job to everyone who works here.

Convoluted drive through. Why not provide the transaction ticket in the tube. Instead I have to send my information up, wait until the tube come back, sign it, send it up again and wait for my money. On top of that you close one lane at random times. AFCU is a joke.

      Response from the owner

We will pass over this information internally as well as following up with the branch. We apologize for the frustration.
