  Approaching our first home mortgage was scary and overwhelming, but once we started working with Douglas that turned around Quickly. He broke every complicated thing down to make it easy to understand and he worked fast! We could tell we weren't just another client. He worked hard to get us the best rates and keep us informed through the whole thing. Even in times where someone in the process made a mistake, he found ways to clean it up and keep things moving. We really enjoyed working with Douglas and plan to do so again when the next opportunity presents itself.

  Douglas is your go to man!! I emailed him for questions about a refinance and once we decided we wanted to move forward, he made it all happen. The process was seamless. Douglas made the process of refinancing our home as smooth as possible and was always there to answer my questions (Trust me, I had plenty)!
