  Tried calling to make an appointment, but no answer. So I go online to make an appointment. I select a time, get a confirmation email and everything. I get there right on time for my appointment, and one associate is working at a desk, already with someone. Two other desks with no one there. No book for me to sign to say that I'm here. Certainly no one ready to see me. I finally had to interrupt the guy at a desk serving another customer to say "hey I have an appointment for, well, now" and apparently no associate got anything on their calendar. Took over 20 minutes to be seen despite making an appointment online the day before.

  The absolute worst banking institution I have ever been a part of. Never had single issue with Suntrust that wasn’t immediately resolved. Can’t get assistance with the most basic request with Truist. Hours and hours of waiting on hold just to be told that the department I’ve been on hold with can’t help.

  My brother had passed away and I had to close his account. I was assisted by a guy on his very first day working there. He handled my business well, asking the manager for help a few times (understandable on his first day) and treated me with efficiency and respect.

  If you want someone to scamming you without any permission please come to this location. There is nothing but bad service and unfriendly people.

  The manager of this branch is a great guy! We had a great conversation about our kids, the schools in the area, and homeownership.

  Bad service. Tellers unaware about most things. Most staff doesn't understand basic banking and taxes.
