I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I have been a member for 2 months and I see that they are not a good fit for me. The information is VERY misleading. the officers there are not good at relaying information at all. They change terms AFTER they run credit reports on you. They change terms on their loans without updating information on their website. They dont mention any changes until after u fill out applications and they run ur credit. . I'm wondering now what they're doing with my information because I'm getting a bunch of phone calls now from my area code and I just moved here so noone really has my number yet especially from this area. I think they just lie to prey on people who may be desperate or not know any better. Shame on them. I'd rather keep my money under my mattress than to deal with an organization like that. HORRIBLE experience

Clean bank but customer service is eh. Ladies are a bit on the slow end & sometimes it's frustrating when I come during lunch expecting to make a quick payment & spending more time here than I should have. Four stars for all they offer but 3 for customer service.

It's a great bank but the customer service sucks over the phone.

Came inside of Latino Credit Union with my girlfriend who is hispanic, to open me up an checking account. As my name were called, I’ve notice a dirty, disgusted look on the lady face that were working the front desk. From the start she gave me a bad vibe. She ask me do I have a social security number and inwhich I handed her my social security card, ID and proof of address. Before coming into Latino Credit Union I already open up me a checking & savings account with State Employee Credit Union inwhich as the same guildlines as Latino. So the lady took my information at Latino Credit Union, made a copy and came back to her desk and looked at me and said I’m sorry your decline for opening up a checkings account. When I ask why, she was blowing me off with a funk look on her face. My girl told me not to worry about it, so we left the bank. But then I proceeded to call customer service and they transferred me to the bank manager. After telling the manager my problem & concern he then told me to hold on and gave the phone to a bank teller. At this point I’m furious. Latino Credit Union discriminated because of the color of my skin. And I will not stop until I get to the bottom of this.

I have been with this Latin cooperative for about 3 years and I had no problems, last week I made a deposit in my account the cashier absorbed my money and I never reflected it in my account until now they are lost I went inside the bank and communicated what happened, they only took me the name and that they were going to solve, and that they were going to put the money I have already made Several calls every day they make a claim, but so far no money. Please review that situation where the only thing that has happened to me is in that ATM. I do not recommend it

Incredible that they do not have a bathroom, all American banks have, maybe it is because we are Hispanic that we use that bank.
