  I've used Logan when I first purchased my home and he was so good I had to use him on my refinance. The team was always in contact with me and answers all my questions. Even the appraiser and notary were nice and friendly. I highly recommend Logan and his team.

  I first spoke to Logan and his team in a moment of desperation. My previous lender had sat on my info for a month and told me I would need to come up with over $30k to purchase the home my family and I had an accepted offer on. This was after I had my pre-approval in hand. My real estate agent passed me Logan's information and he called me right away on a weekend while he was camping with his family. After going through our finances he saved the day and was able to get everything closed on time while dealing with me panicking every week. Logan and his team are the definition of customer service and going the extra mile. I cannot recommend then enough!

  Bottom Line Up Front: Logan and his team are THE BEST mortgage team my wife and I have ever worked with! Getting our pre-approval & VA loan underwritten was incredibly smooth in spite of the fact that my income is not straightforward (USAF Reservist and Civil Servant). Logan expertly answered our questions, was incredibly responsive, and handled our transaction with the utmost professionalism. Where Logan really set himself apart was in dealing with an incredibly unprofessional seller/title company. At one point, he drove to the title office and waited in-person until they provided him with our loan docs. This is just one example of the many ways he went above and beyond expectation in our transaction. If you want a lender who will treat your transaction like their own...look no further!

  Logan is wonderful! He explained every step in the process so that we could understand, them and this is not our first home-buying experience. We feel way more savvy as home-buyers and know that we can call him with any questions we may have at any time. The process was super easy and he definitely made it convenient for us and worked around our schedules. Logan has helped me personally with 2 home purchases and when I connect my clients with him I can honestly say for sure that my clients will receive top notch service. Logan is a great communicator, he takes the time to explain things and is very knowledgable. He has driven to San Francisco to retrieve loan docs so an escrow would close on time.   Worst place to get help from when looking for a house. Hired this guy two and a half months back and maybe spoke to him a few times. Never returned calls or barely answered questions and never helped us with my VA home loan. As soon as I moved on to a new realtor we are now purchasing our new home 3 weeks in. Would NOT recommend
