  I originally financed my home with Matt six years ago. I later refinanced with another lender who offered a "loyalty program" when rates dropped. When rates reached historic lows recently Matt contacted me out of nowhere to let me know, the mortgage company I was with didn't do that. Matt called me to let me know I could get a better rate even though I wasn't one of his customers anymore! I refinanced with Matt the Mortgage Guy because that is what I consider loyalty.

  We completed a cash out refinance mortgage with Matt and we had an overall excellent experience. The communication was clear and timely with every step thoroughly explained and I really enjoyed watching the video updates. I shopped around with big banks and local credit unions and Matt was able to match or beat all of them on rate and fees.   Searching the internet, I applied for loan refinance from a popular on-line loan company, but months went by and all I got were delays, excuses, calls not returned, and a sunami of robo loan calls and emails pitches. After much frustration, my daughter who sells real estate suggested I give her friend Matt a call. She said he might at least look over the loan I was waiting to get and maybe reassure me it was worth the wait. I called Matt and felt immediate relief with his personal and friendly manner. After looking at my proposed loan deal he was able to offer me several loan options that were all better than what I had been offered with the on-line company. Needless to say, I canceled the first loan and chose Matt's loan with better interest rate, better terms, and the loan closed in just 6 weeks. His team was so friendly and helpful, and his document upload process gave me the confidence I needed to share my private financial details. I truly believe that Matt will find you the best loan available, will help you through the process in a friendly and helpful manner, and you can be confident that he is working in your best interest.
