  Chris was incredibly responsive to all questions we had. We were asked to provide some additional information due to COVID, but it was COMPLETELY reasonable and very easy to provide. We received weekly or better updates on where we were in the process, and Chris was very transparent on what he thought the time frame would be from start to finish. At no point were we worried about any part of the process - Chris was communicative and honest, and we don't know what else you could possibly ask for when re-financing your home.
