  We are so thankful for Andrew and his team. We refinanced and took some equity out to fix up our home we have been in for 4 years and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. A quick message asking what our options were and we were off. Andrew and the team walked us though each step, was able to collect everything they needed and get us financed. I can’t imagine going with anyone else. We started our first home purchase with Andrew and go back every time.

  PIF Lending goes above and beyond for every customer. I believe Andrew has built the best team in Nevada. He knows the business inside and out. You can count on him to help guide you thru any transaction with ease. I love how down to earth these guys are. If you have a question or don’t understand the process, or some terminology they will take the time to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. They certainly aren’t in it to make a quick buck. They take the time to build a relationship with their clients and put them at ease. I would highly recommend!!

  Let me start off by saying that overall experience was very smooth. I was kept informed of the entire loan application process and what was required of me at all stages of the application through the approval. Andrew made the process very understandable and as easy to navigate as possible. My case however was one of the more complicated one, as it involved extremely stringent VA requirements in combination with very difficult sellers that were not at all accommodating. With that said, what Andrew did for me as a client, was nothing short of a miracle. I have not seen this level of professionalism and dedication to accomplishing the task anywhere before. It is absolutely second to none! I can never see myself going to another company for any lending needs and will confidently recommend his services to anyone I know.
