  I first met Andrew in 2018 when I was first interested in buying a home. Unfortunately my financial situation put that dream on hold but with Andrew’s guidance and knowledge I was able to get everything in order. After a year of budgeting and following Andrew’s advice, finally approved and bought a home. Fast forward another 6 months and Andrew is on top of it looking at refinancing my original loan and saving me even more money with better a rate!   Andrew and his team are ABSOLUTELY amazing! I have worked with Andrew for a long time. He has always gone ABOVE and beyond his job and duties to make everything possible. Andrew treated my family and I like family not like “just another customer”. If I had questions (and I had ALOT) no mater the time of day Andrew was always available. He always took EXTRA time explaining everything to me. As a homebuyer (especially first time) this was extremely important. I basically needed my hand held and Andrew and held it (virtually) the entire time. I never had any doubts. If your looking for a loan company, look no further! If you want to be treated more than a customer call Andrew!

  I was referred to Andrew by my realtor, Terri Chapman. My brother in law had also recently purchased a home and highly recommended Andrew for financing. My long time home had sold in 2 days and I"d not yet found my dream home, but Andrew was ready from day 1! He provided me with all the information I'd need to determine the right fit for me......multiple scenarios including purchase price, financing from 15 to 20 to 30 years, and down payment to achieve the exact monthly payment I desired. I found a home and needed to make an offer on the Friday night prior to Thanksgiving. Andrew responded to my realtor PRONTO with my pre-qual! Now that's service! He really knows his stuff and was able to work with escrow to seamlessly record my home directly into my Trust, which doesn't happen often.   Andrew and Danielle were amazing! This was my first time buying a house so obviously I was clueless about everything and they were very helpful in answering any and all of my questions. They were so patient with me and made the whole process very smooth! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on purchasing my first home.
