  Very helpful and joyful staff. I enjoy doing business with them other than other costumer disservice departments at major banks. Silver state is much faster and less wait time than other bigger name banks.

  Went to the branch in Spring Valley on Flamingo today. ATM would not accept my deposit. As I was leaving, a lady came out of the bank very upset. She warned me not to use the ATM. Stated that it took her money, did not issue a receipt, but the screen said unable to return your transaction, It ate her money. She went in and asked to speak to the branch manager, who could care less. She stated these things happen, and that she couldn't do anything about it. The customers money was eaten by the ATM and that was your response? She is calling the corporate office, and I suggested the police. Praying she will get it resolved, and get her money back. Hope the branch manager looses her job!

  Great bank, great customer service. I am always greeted by smiling faces and people that enjoy their job. Shaun Bernardo-Lujan has been my main contact in regards to switching my other accounts over and excels in customer service. He is on top of everything, promptly returns phone calls and emails. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and I will continue to do so. Recently we decided to refinance a few loans here because the employees are very personable and professional. When dealing with my information and money, that is exactly what I expect. The customer service is a 10 and that is just something that is very rare. When we did decide to switch all of our accounts to this bank, the transition was seamless and Shaun even called to follow up with us in the event he could do something more. I would highly recommend this bank and this branch.

  Zero stars would be more accurate. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't speak to you when you walk in, despite there being no other customers. No "Hi, welcome, we'll be right with you.". They take forever doing anything, even the most simple transactions. They don't let you know what they're currently doing that's taking so long, just let you stand there wondering. Then, after wasting your time for a half-hour, or much longer, they tell you they can't help you because you didn't bring some form of ID other than your State ID/Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate, and 4 proofs of address. And forget them helping you AT ALL if you're not the primary on the account. The level of incompetence is ASTOUNDING!

  Waiting in lobby for 40 min now for them to close my 84yr old fathers credit card account. He had to write a hand written letter request to close account as well as a reason why, now the letter has been sent upstairs for someone to approve canceling. There is zero balance. I really dont understand being held hostage to close account or all the hoops to jump through just to cancel their credit card. After all who is serving who in this situation. DON'T GET A CREDIT CARD AT THOS BANK PEOPLE!!!!.... still waiting in lobby☹

  This place is top notch! Went in to open an account and was greeted warmly. I dealt with Brian and he was PHENOMENAL!! All around a great experience and look forward to banking w them for many years to come! App is really easy to use and setup

  Great bank, it just sucks that they don’t have more locations across the valley. But the staff are always friendly from Brenda remembering my name each visit or Angelica commenting about about my 8-8-88 birthdate. It’s the personal choice that I receive when handling my money.

  The worst bank in the state of Nevada. They are thieves and could care less about your financial situation. Please be weary of this bank. If their is any trouble with your account they will not attempt to resolve the issue. This is the Bank of America of Credit unions. They will also hang the phone up if they do not feel like handling your problem. If you're banking with them think again.

  I lost $150 because their ATM can't do its job. They refuse to give me the money the ATM stole while I was trying to deposit money to my account. This isn't the first time. Last time it was only $10. There won't be a 3rd time. Mediocre customer service.
