  Jeff is the best person to work with! He really took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. He also put in a lot of extra effort to get us the best mortgage for our situation and has awesome communication. Would recommend him to anyone!

  Jeff was amazing. My folks are moving from out of state, and Jeff was incredibly responsive and informative. This was a bit of a complicated matter with contingencies and lots of moving parts. Jeff really made the process easy and my folks were comfortable and confident during the entire process. Id certainly recommend Jeff if you need a "mortgage dude." :)

  Jeff is the best!!! My experience as a first time home-buyer has been one heck of a ride. In my situation the seller decided she didn't want to pay the 6% realtor fee which ultimately meant Jeff had to hold my hand through the process from start to finish! The process started easily enough, I went on Zillow filled out a form and Jeff called me right away. We spoke on the phone and I met Jeff in his office here in Las Vegas the following day. As a first time home buyer this process was entirely foreign and overwhelming. Jeff took the time to explain what I qualified for as well as give me practical advice on how to lower my debt to income ratio in order to have a sustainable mortgage payment. The challenges I faced were entirely related to the seller moving incredibly slow, or just downright ambivalent toward the overall sell. Jeff went outside of his way to ensure the documents required were easy to understand and easy for both of us to complete. On top of that, communication during this process is a must, Jeff was good about giving me status updates regularly so I wasn't left in the dark at any time. When it came to the mortgage payment, I was a bit scared of the figure at first but Jeff had a plan in place to help me improve my credit and ultimately lower my payments. What a relief that was!! This is very fresh in my mind so what jumps out is the stress the seller caused, but all of that is a thing of the past. Jeff moved quickly and efficiently and I sign my title today! I highly recommend anybody looking for a home go right to Jeff Dragovich. Jeff was not the first lender I spoke with but I am certain he will be the guy I go to when I am ready to buy my next house. Buying a home is a long and at times arduous process, but having Jeff walk me through the process and keep me sane during some pretty trying times has been such an amazing experience. Thanks to the work of this man and his team I am proud to join the ranks of Nevada home owners!

  I had some speed bumps in trying to buy my first home, mainly credit score. Most lenders wouldn’t even consider someone with a score like mine, but Jeff said he could help. Credit turned out better than I thought, got a pre-approval, and started looking at houses. The entire process was an ordeal for various reasons, but Jeff was solid. He takes the time to explain what everything means, so you’re not left to wonder what something means s. He makes himself available for questions, and makes sure you understand all the paperwork. We got down to the wire on a close date and was almost going to miss it, and Jeff took care of what needed done so we could still close on time, and we did, with just 2 days left before falling apart I’d recommend Jeff to anyone with a need for the services he provides. You can trust that he’ll get it done, and keep you updated during the process.

  Jeff is awesome. I started with a different lender (Veterans United) but couldn’t get approved for the amount I wanted. My agent referred me to Jeff and I got approved for the higher amount. Working with Jeff was a breeze from start to finish. I even got to close a few days sooner than the original date. If I had questions or concerns he responded quickly. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

  We purchased a home and were blessed to have a Jeff D. Walk us through our first purchase. Jeff Helped us understand the loan and took the time and walked us through the whole process. One year later we returned to Refinance our home with Jeff. Jeff we appreciate all you have done to help us in our purchase and refinance. I moved from Los Angeles July 2020 with my family to take a job @ Allegiant Stadium Raider Nation!!!
