  After being in litigation for a year and a half, they lost every ounce of my case, as if it magically disappeared. Only when i call them about it do they restart the case. A year after that, they're still holding out money we are owed. I would strongly recommend NOT using these people at all costs and I challenge ANYONE from the firm to comment. My family and I should have been refunded every cent they took and are still taking from us. Illegal misconduct? Find previous employees and read their stories.

  This is Phil Votaw. This review is really frustrating. Your representation of what happened is utterly false and borders on defamation. I have explained this situation NUMEROUS times but can't seem to get the concepts through. I have also offered numerous times for you to come to the office and I would take as much time as necessary to explain it as long as it took for it to make sense. You have not taken me up on that offer, then go out and trash my name and business instead, knowing that I cannot accurately respond to this without disclosing confidential and privileged information. I would prefer you just call me or come see me so I can explain what is going on rather than inaccurately relay the situation on a public forum.

  Phill and his staff did a amazing job handling my car accident. They take good care of you they get you to the Dr. that you need to get you back to feeling better after your wreak and while you are healing they are fighting your case. You may think it is taking a long time but it is all necessary for them to get the best possible outcome. They got my Dr. bills paid and lots of money in my pocket. They are always ready to answer any of your questions threw out the process. I would recommend 100 %.

  Phil was the first and only attorney I've ever even considered hiring. I was initially handling the claims process with my insurer and the at-fault insurance company, but with my injury and constant calls from both insurers, my job performance was suffering during a very critical time. The at-fault insurer and insured were not taking the accident or my injury very seriously. Plus, I was renting a car because my WRX was unsafe to drive after the 50mph-to-stationary rear-end collision. After much anxious deliberation, I called Phil. He met me near my workplace for my convenience and immediately impressed me. He took care of everything from then until the settlement was approved with my satisfaction of the indemnity.   The staff is nice but they have taken a very long time to get my case closed. I'm still waiting. 10/10 wouldn't reccomend.
