  Trey Hooten is hands down the best Loan Originator in the world. He’s very knowledgeable and knows how to make a customer feel at home. This was our second home loan through First Trust and we will use them again if we ever buy another home.

  My husband and I recently relocated to a different city and purchased a new home. We chose to work with Madonna and FirstTrust Home Loan because we knew how much experience she had. Our particular situation was very unusual and we are thankful we had Madonna at the helm. Our home we were selling closed 5 weeks beyond the original closing date. As a result, we lost the house we were buying and had to start all over looking for a home. Madonna was so helpful during this stressful time. She worked to expedite things for the new loan so we could close as soon as possible. We did find a home and and have moved in. We would not think of having anyone else handle our home loan.   Madonna is absolutely AMAZING! We could not have had a better loan officer to work with! She was so patient and went out of her way to answer all of our questions and explain anything that we didn't understand. She never made us feel like we were bothering her and she was so completely sweet! She was so fast getting our stuff processed and kept us updated during it all.   Madonna went above and beyond with the financing of our home! We had a complicated loan app, further frustrated by my personal decisions in the process.
